Same thing just happened to me. Total waste of time, to try to save a couple of bucks on a seat post. STAY AWAY!!!
Hopefully Master Card can reverse the charge, otherwise I am screwed.

My experience with this online merchant is similar to other recent reviews on Unilocal.I wish I had read them before I tried to buy two Garmin computer mounts. I ordered this merchandize on July 1, and after asking for an order update on three separate days, I finally received an email on July 9 saying the computer mounts were sold out. They also said they would refund my money to my credit card within 3 to 5 days. On July 15 I had to email them again to remind them they had not yet refunded my money.
FINALLY, on July 17 they credited my Visa account. At least I did not have to ask Visa to reverse the charges as others needed to do. It’s interesting that they charged my credit card for these computer mounts within five minutes of ordering them online even though they were probably not in stock. But for some reason it took them almost 9 days to refund my money.
I highly recommend you do NOT order online with this company no matter how attractive the prices seem. As Unilocal says, eeeeeeek! Methinks not.

They charge your card and do not ship your goods. Emails, as of yet, have not been returned. Very, very shady. If they are a drop shipper, they should let us know. I’m dubious if they even have access to many of the products they list online. The savings are not worth the hassle of this co. Nashbar and others are the place to go. Also watch out for shill reviews.

Ordered bike parts March 7 had not received anything by March 19. Had my emails to the support department returned.
Contacted them by phone and they told me they could not fill my order although they had withdrawn my money the same day I made the order???
Told me by phone they would refund my payment within 5 – 10 business days
Talked over me when I tried to express that I felt I was being «jacked around» — to use a midwestern dad phrase– and were not very customer service-​y after that.

I placed an order for a bike part my son needed urgently, and it said «in Stock». Every email and phone message I left went unanswered and even though I called about 15 times over two weeks, nobody EVER picked up the phone. After about 5 days, the order status said «awaiting shipment», but a week later, the status hadn’t changed to ship. I called and emailed many more times and finally got my credit card company to dispute the charge and give me a refund. The next day (almost 3 weeks after my order), I got notice that it has shipped, but the tracking # showed it had not yet left. I emailed AGAIN to cancel my order and only then did I get a «sorry» response. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order on
nearly three weeks ago on their website and still have not received it. Order status says «AWAITING SHIPMENT» even though the item said «In Stock» and «Ships in 2 – 4 Business Days» when I placed my order.
I’ve tried calling their number during normal business hours many different times on different days… and no one ever answers. Have also sent emails, but no response. The «Live Chat Help» on their site is always «offline» status too.
UPDATE– After calling and leaving messages and emailing, I did not get any response however they sent me an email saying «Your Order Has Shipped!» and includes a USPS tracking number. However, it was an electronically generated print-​at-​home shipping label, and it has been 5 days now that it still says «Electric Shipping Info Received» but has not physically been shipped. I’m guessing they did this just to shut me up for the time being and make it appear like they’ve finally sent something when they have not.
Certainly something VERY sketchy about their business. I certainly would not order with them again or suggest anyone do so. I will surely be reporting their business practice to the BBB for investigation.

Great bike shop… Mechanics are really friendly and helpful. Very fast on repairs. Prices were very reasonable. The mechanic took the time to show me what he was dont so I could learn to do some of it myself. At other shops around town mechanics can make you hesitant to ask questions but these guys are really great.

I’ve been in twice for repairs, had two different mechanics and both did a great job and were very fast. I dropped off my bike, went next door to Fair Bean and had coffee and read the paper, and by the time I was thinking about heading across the street to End of an Ear, the bike was already done. There’s a bike store closer to my house but I walk right past it to come here because it’s cheaper, quicker and more customer-​oriented.
