Bigham & Associates, LLC is a full service residential property management company serving the Austin Metropolitan Area (Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, Manor, and Del Valle) since 1986. We are focused on providing quality housing to our residents and excellent service to our clients. We are not a division of a big real estate sales office. We are a family owned and operated «small shop», that works closely with our property owners and tenants and can quickly respond to your questions regarding accounting, repairs, etc. When you call our office, you will reach one of us, not an answering service, secretary or a complicated list of menu choices.

History

Established in 1986.

Established in 1986 to assist residential investment property owners maintain their rental properties and we included property management service in 1987. In 1990 our focus shifted to concentrate on residential property management. Today, our mission is to To build and maintain relationships of trust with clients and residents through care, dedication, teamwork, experience and technology while delivering a quality residential leasing experience to our residents and professional residential property management services at reasonable rates to maximize the profit and potential of our client’s investment.

An experience Realtor® licensed in real estate since 1987 and a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1990 with experience and formal education in the areas of Business Management, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Leasing, Residential Property Management, Repair and Property Maintenance.

A member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Texas Association of Realtors® where he served on the Property Management Committee. Jim holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation, Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) Certification, and the Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) Certification; a member of the Austin Board of Realtors® where he currently serves on the Leasing/​Property Management Committee;a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) since 1992 and a Charter Member of the Austin Chapter of NARPM®. Jim holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) Designation.
