I needed shirts on last minute notice, so I tried Big Frog for their quick turnaround. I’m so glad I did. Not only did they help me design the shirt it was ready with 24 hours and looked amazing. I know I will come back here when I need shirts made.

Each step of the process was flawless. From the initial phone call asking general questions, Carson graciously answered all of them. To then visiting the store and Julia showing the best customer service ever! I’m telling you, she has patience. showing me all of the different «soft» tanks and tees. She then even edited photo I wanted to print on the tee. Ordered a sample tank so I could make sure it was what I wanted. Julia followed up via email, phone and let me make size changes to the order before printing. And all of this only took about a week, incredible! Can’t say enough good things about this business, and Julia of course!

You definitely need to come here. They did a rush order on my shirts and went the extra mile to print out an additional 2 shirts when I needed them at the last minute!
They are awesome.

2 ORDERS, BOTH SCREWED UP.
First time I tired them the imprint was off center; they blamed it on the art.
Second time, the imprint color was wrong; they blamed it on the t-​shirt color.
They just refuse to take responsibility for their incompetence – it’s always the fault of something else.

Unprofessional. Unsympathetic. Refuses to take accountability for their faults. Will NOT go back. Not at all what I wanted. I’ve had better products from silk screen moments in bars. Horrible and unacceptable.

I wish I had the excellent experience with Big Frog that other reviewers did. The store owner was icy-​cold, not friendly and not at all helpful. Every question was met with exasperation and frustration. Both the owner and the employee were wearing denim shorts — way too casual, even for Austin.
When asked about producing shirts for my clothing line, she led me to a computer that she clearly had no clue how to operate. She attempted to introduce me to one of their «graphic artists» who appeared to be a middle-​school aged child and said that she was the expert on graphic design. Her Nike shorts and hoodie made her look like she just got out of school. When asked to help me, the child just walked to the back of the store without even greeting me or responding to the owner. The owner took my phone number down to have her «graphic artist» call me when they «weren’t so busy» but I was the only customer in the store.
In the middle of our conversation, a couple of people she knew (not customers), came in and she walked away without a word. She greeted them both much more warmly than she did with me (even hugged them both), welcomed them to the store and started showing them around and bragging about how busy they had been since they opened. She spoke to them for 7 – 10 minutes while I waited. Since she never said anything else to me, I left, but the owner did not even notice or say anything to me as I walked out the door
The «graphic artist» never called. I really don’t know how places like this stay in business. I wanted to love this place because I desperately need a resource like this locally, but I can’t care more about helping them than they care about helping customers like me.

Love this local store. Great & knowledge customer service. Fast, friendly & reliable but, a little pricey… worth it.

Big Frog is awesome! They were so nice and helpful and had very reasonable pricing. They made it as easy as possible for me to get a t-​shirt and onesie printed. I will absolutely be going back to them the next time I need something printed.

I didn’t say anything about the shirts, good or bad. I wanted to wait to see what my co-​workers had to say before I biased them in any way. Here’s what I heard:
– Hey, these logos are crooked!
– Hey, my logo is lop-​sided!
– This thing is not in the center.
– The logo is faint but it gives it that sort of vintage feel.
When I went to pick them up, the gal who checked me out didn’t seem pleased either.
her: Pull one out and check to see if you like it.
me: okay!
her: ooooo. (pulls one out) this is not totally centered. *I didn’t print these.* I would have done this differently.
me: wow, that’s a pretty faint print. It was clearer in the preview online. I wish I’d been called about how it appeared on this heather grey T-​shirt first. I could have made updates so it would appear my prominently.
her: yeah.
It was an emergency and they had the shortest turn-​around time. Emailing with them was super easy and they were eager and helpful. I might try them again but be a lot more vigilant about the job and allow time for any re-​dos. I figured that wasn’t an option in my case anyway as they don’t carry the shirts I wanted in store and had to order them out before printing on them.
Either way, not the worst but dang. Someone was a careless and it didn’t take my trained eye to point it out to folks. Having not dealt with other T-​shirt companies I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt; it probably could have been worse. I don’t wear T-​shirts anyway.

big frog helped me out yesterday with a same day screen printing project. I needed a tshirt made for my daughters field trip and this team could not have been easier to work with. Great, friendly support and quick turn around time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday about 20 mins before they closed. We had an idea for two shirts and just needed help on selecting the font. The woman helping us made it clear that she just wanted to go home. She offered no suggestions and seemed put out when we asked to see the text in different fonts. It became so obvious that she wanted us to leave, that we did. We won’t be back.

I have been working with Susan now for a while as a client and love the work that she does for us. I have even sent people to here for campaigns, teams and other gyms. They do a great job.
They once did something wrong and they completely re did the order, even though it was just a communication problem. I think they do that with everyone too. Plus they let me keep the messed up shirt. They really like to make sure that the people here are taken care of.
I have had several shirts printed for my gym and even turned around and they did like 20 shirts in one day. What I like most about them is the free mockup. These people really know what they are doing when it comes to design. You give them half the work and they get you the rest of the work and more. They usually do a better job than you were even thinking. I only wish they were not so expensive, but hey you got to make money.
I will always go here for shirts. Thanks guys!

Came across this gem a couple years ago. I own a moving company and needed some shirts printed for my guys. Wanted to go local and these guys didn’t disappoint. Right off the bat I got friendly and prompt service and my shirts came out exactly as they promised and sooner than estimated. Under promise, over deliver. I won’t be going anywhere else for my shirt printing needs.

Big Frog has never let me down! They are super quick with the turnaround. Andra is awesome and always knows exactly what I want. I’ve had many things done here and will go here forever. I’ve made my son’s school shirts personalized, CrossFit team shirts, wedding/​bachelorette shirts, best friend road trip shirts, personalized concert shirts, etc. And people always LOVE them as do I!

So I had this little problem I needed help with. OK, maybe it was a big one.
My daughter and I were scheduled to participate in our first off road duathlon. Since this was our first event together I had committed to getting to getting us team shirts made. The problem was I managed to injure myself and was late getting my order placed. By late, I mean I only had 8 hours.
They took my ideas, created the graphics right then and there and rushed the order through for 4 shirts, each a little different. They did it quickly, accurately and with a great attitude. If you need something, these are the folks to go to. Truly top notch and easy to work with. I’ll sure use them again.

Oh Big Frog, you did not let me down!
First, they were super quick and worked with me to get the artwork I wanted on a shirt. After multiple changes we have a finished product. I called my credit card info in late afternoon and by lunch the next day they were ready.
Quality– They look AWESOME! After showing a couple other Team Moms (go Pop Warner FootbalL) they want to use them for their team shirts as well. I will be reccomending them to everyone!

All around great store! They designed and made me some shirt for a golf weekend. Great price and service.

It’s about $ 17 to get a shirt done. You can bring in a picture, or use their pre-​purchased, royalty-​free images and fonts. This is a perfect way to make a present for someone quickly, even the same day. My husband’s shirt says: «West Nile Virus: I’m a survivor, not a statistic» [because that’s what he is] and has a picture of a huge mosquito… I would come back again. This would be a good place, for instance, to get a onesie with a kid’s nickname on it. Who doesn’t like a personalized gift?
They have koozies, mouse pads, onesies, bags, tee shirts, etc. The shirts come mainly in 100% cotton. I do wish there were more colors than white, cream, brown and green. They also have babydoll – is that what they’re really called? – shirts with low neck lines.

friendly staff. their printer is just like a large computer printer so the quality is very muted. I’m sure after one or two washes it will look like a vintage tee. ok for some, but not what i expected, at all.
