Bemis, Roach and Reed is an Austin, Texas law firm which was formed in 1993. Partners Lloyd Bemis, Lonnie Roach and Greg Reed have a combined 75 years trial experience. These successful Texas

lawyers have all worked as litigation attorneys for other firms prior to forming Bemis, Roach & Reed and decided

to combine their abilities to form a disability law firm which provides legal services to individuals who have:

*Been wrongly denied insurance benefits, including long term disability benefits;

*Been wrongly denied Life Insurance Benefits;

*Been denied Social Security Disability Benefits; or

Meet the Business Owner

Lonnie R.

Business Owner

Lonnie Roach is a founding partner of Bemis, Roach & Reed. He graduated with honors

from the University of Texas at Dallas and attended law school at the University of Texas

at Austin.

Mr. Roach began his career practicing personal injury trial law and became Board

Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is the firm’s primary appellate lawyer and has successfully argued cases before the Texas Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals,

Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Roach has become recognized for his experience and success in the field of ERISA, Long Term, and social security disability. He has successfully overturned denials of disability benefits at the administrative level, in United States District Court, and at the United States Court of Appeals.

He represents clients who have been denied or lost insurance, long term/​

ERISA or Social Security disability benefits in all four federal districts in Texas.
