Bought a dress to wear to my brother’s wedding in Central America. On the day of the event I tried putting on the dress, come to find out the sensory device was not removed upon purchase and it was very visible on the outside of the dress. In summary I couldn’t wear the dress and had nothing else to wear for my baby brother’s wedding. I had to purchase a native outfit outside the hotel and mind you I was thousands of miles away and an hour to the wedding. I came back to the states and expected to get some kind of restitution but none was provided. Not even a simple apology because they have a no refund and no exchange policy. Stay away from this store if you don’t want your heart broken.

FYI: Writing this review under my husband’s Unilocal account. Was treated like a very special customer even when trying on only highly discounted sale dresses. Amazing service. The woman who helped me let me return the next day to try on some dresses I had liked for my husband — when I walked in I was greeted by name and led to my dressing room where the previous day’s dresses awaited me. Beautiful dresses, friendly service.
