I help sellers prepare their homes for market by offering my free home staging services and determining the best price to list their property by analyzing market statistics. I also work as a lease locator since the majority of people moving to Austin are looking to lease for a year before they decide to purchase a home. I am a certified Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, so I frequently work with Texas Heroes: Teachers, Police Officers, Firemen, Veterans, etc. I also teach First Time Home Buyer Workshops twice a month. I grew up in Needville, TX which is a small city just southwest of Houston, but the majority of my family is from Lufkin. I started working in real estate in 2010, and I absolutely love what I do!
