BBJ Linen

I would not recommend BBJ. Although they were incredibly helpful in the planning and quote stages, the return process was not so positive. I shipped the linens back only to receive an email that a table cloth and 2 runners were damaged. The photos they attached were not helpful to see «what» the damages were, except that they were approximately ½ in size. I’ve been billed $ 230 for replacement costs and cannot get the merch back! (it’s in the contract) I inspected each piece carefully before shipping back and all was fine. Worst part is there’s no way to see with my own eyes these supposed damages! Lesson learned, never rent anything from a remote location, and WATCH OUT if you choose BBJ Linen! But if you do, you may be better off flying the merch back to Chicago yourself to be sure they don’t try to screw you.

Betty (the office manager) at the Austin location was AMAZING! Very friendly, great décor advice, and quick to respond to email or phone call. When we had determined what we wanted for linens, she happily worked up quotes for shipping it to two different places, and was quick to get everything in order to ship out the very next day.
This linen company was half the cost of any other place I looked at in town (and I checked several), linens were exactly as ordered, clean, pressed, and ready to go. When we were done, just dropped them off at the local UPS store to be shipped back in the provided duffel. Couldn’t have been easier.
I will definitely use them again, and will coordinate everything through Betty.
