Ordered a princess themed ice cream cake 2 weeks before my daughter’s birthday. Person took order said he thought they had the decorations but would call if a problem arose. Never heard anything so figured it was ok. Called them back 2 days before event to make sure everything was ok. He tells me they don’t have the cake topper. The owner ordered one but it wouldn’t get here till after the event. Asked him when was someone gonna contact me. He said, «Probably tomorrow.» Tomorrow, as in the day before the event. I asked for managers name and phone number and was given an email address. Owner never called either. Had his employee call. There was no apology and no offers or suggestions or any hint of customer service. I had to scramble to find a different place to get an ice cream cake in 48 hours. DONOTORDERCAKESFROMHERE. Oreo cake batter ftw! I lucked out and this was the flavor of the month! I work near here and every so often I get a craving for cookies and cream in a sugar cone. So I indulge. Um…it’s a Baskin Robbins, and looks just like every other BR I’ve been too since I was a kiddo. Staff is friendly and they let me try a bunch(even though I know exactly what i’m ordering) with no complaints. I usually walk here, but suppose parking could be a bitch during lunch hour(with everyone at Galaxy or Maudie’s).

This is the best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. I am not just saying that because it is a mile away from my house either, although that is a super awesome perk. I am saying that because I love the staff, they are so nice and patient with my flaky-ness on choices of ice cream. They never complain when I ask to try every flavor in the cooler and take another 5 minutes to think about it. There is also this revelation, ice cream cake bites! OMG a bite size piece of ice cream cake, oh Baskin and Robbins you seduce me with your confectionary genius. Please try one of these, you will thank me later.

All the cool flavors you remember at any B-R, but the difference here is the excellent service. The staffers were all teenagers, but they seemed to enjoy their jobs! They actually laughed with us and made ordering ice cream go from mundane to fun. They were friendly, quick and helpful. Loving this location!

I really couldn’t believe how helpful the staff was at this location. Usually its get your ice cream and leave but here the staff really seemed interested. I ordered my usual, peanut butter and chocolate ice cream, and the scooper suggested I try Reese Cup and offered me a sample before filling my order. I’m a stick in the mud who has been getting the same thing at BR’s for 26 years, so I didn’t change my order. however, the free sample and the star treatment was a terrific suprise.

My husband ordered a GI Joe camo cake from here and paid for it when he ordered it. I went to pick it up and they told me that it had not been paid for. I did not have my husband’s receipt for it so I paid for it again. When my husband brought back both receipts, they called him a liar and refused to refund the double payment. On top of that the«camo» cake looked more like a swamp.

Wow, I haven’t been here in at least a year and had a craving yesterday. They switched back to the old daiquiri ice. Every little thing is gonna be alright.

I had a root canal today and needed something soft to eat so I headed here with a vanilla soft serve cone in mind. I ended up with a fresh Strawberry and Lemon Sorbet — 2 separate scoops at only 80 calories each. The sorbet is made with fresh strawberries and strawberry purée, fat and dairy free. They satisfied my craving for sweet soft creamy yummies! Apparently they are on the healthy wagon as they have many, fat free low fat and dairy free options.

In a town full of Amy’s afficianados, the 31 Flavors often get overlooked. I beg you to take a trip back to your youth and hit up Baskin Robbins for those good ol’ flavors from your youth like Gold Medal Ribbon, Pralines and Cream or Jamoca Almond Fudge. My favorite treat of all times is from Baskin Robbins as well: Turtle Pie. Growing up it was the only birthday«cake» I ever wanted, and I got indulged every year. If only they still made the individual sized ones.
