Extremely pleasant employees. Fast and helpful servive. Great selection of flavors. Fresh delicious ice cream.

Customer service was fast and friendly. It had 32 flavors (my daughter counted). I only gave it 4 stars because they didn’t have much of a sugar free selection or sorbet.

Awesome ice cream! How can you go wrong with ice ream? You can’t! Staff were fast and friendly. There was a long line. We were there on a Wednesday evening. Got in. Out … And home without the ice cream melting. Good job girls!

Girl with long braids was very rude and touch my cone with her hands after playing with her hair and not washing her hands. Just told me my total. I paid and she walked away that was it. And carried on her conversation with other girl behind counter. I won’t be back to this location!

We’ve been a couple of times through the years and sad to say, tables are usually dirty and sticky. The teens they hire are usually cheerful but don’t care to bus the tables I guess.
The last time was because my daughter received one of those school rewards for a free scoop so we reluctantly went. I showed this older lady behind the counter the reward coupon and she gave me a sour face for it. I was kind of annoyed because I’m thinking this isn’t the only thing we’re ordering and why you gotta be like that in front of my kids? She scoops these miserly looking scoops for both girls and then acts surprised when I the coupon is for one. It’s fine their small, they don’t taste that great. Definitely not the same from my childhood.
We also bought a cake from their freezer section and sadly it tasted freezer burn! Wah wah.

I ordered a ice cream cake from this location. Picked it up the next day and it was as fresh it could be. Cookies and cream ice cream with vanilla cake was a good combination. Friendly and courteous staff at this location. Will be back for another one soon:-)

The young man working there did a great job. He was friendly, great personality and made a great chocolate shake! There’s a nice area out the back with some picnic tables and trees.

Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful! My family loves coming in to get ice cream every weekend and will continue.
Overall very clean and always stocked in cakes and quarts of ready to take home ice creams. Also always has a friendly vibe in the store. BEST BASKIN ROBBINS EVER

I came to visit Austin recently. I saw this place and decided to get a treat for my daughter then, I asked the person in the counter (her name is Sydney) if I could taste certain flavors that I might want to get for my daughter. I asked her how much was the kids cones. She was helpful at first. Then, i saw her scooping some yogurts. So, I decided to I buy for me and my daughter the flavors we wanted. She punched the amount in the counter and told me that it was $.$$ right? Then, I questioned her how come it was that big of an amount, then she started giving me the yogurts she scooped. So I told her, «there’s a mistake here». «I asked you for a taste samples on those 2 flavors». «I did not tell you that I’m buying those flavors». Then, you know what she did? She threw all those yogurts in the trash bin so hard that my daughter got scared!!! What an attitude!!! I hope the owner of this place would send me a msg here. I really need to complain her attitude. In the first place… it was her mistake that she assumed/​thought that I was ordering those yogurts. Hey! SYDNEY… if you don’t like your job or you had a bad day? «QUIT»!!! okay!!! What a customer service attitude!!! Beware you guys!!! I ended up buying it tho co’z my daughter wants it. I told my friends already of my experienced here and told them not to come here. I’m paying for her salary when I bought those yogurts. Duh!!! REMEMBER THAT WE CUSTOMERS (including you) PAY EACH OTHERS SALARY!!!

Any place that sells multiple flavors of ice cream is a place I want to be. Not only do they have the «normal» flavors but they have lots of interesting flavors involving candy bars or cookie dough in abnormal colors. They also do drinks and parfaits (my husband’s favorite — the strawberry parfait with oreos instead of nuts). They’re open late and close to home!

This location restored my faith in Baskin Robbins. I’ve been out of the ice cream loop for years, and the last few experience at Baskin’s have left me cold with their dirty looking barrels of ice cream in rather unsanitary arrays.
Not this one. Spic and span with friendly help. We came in to redeem a coupon we «won» as part of a silent auction bundle and had no problems. The only concern were the choices. It was for a nine year old’s birthday ice cream cake and she kind of froze because of all the choices. Don’t worry, she’s fine. Oreo cookie on white, with pretty blue icing and polka dots…

Very helpful and friendly staff, great collection of cakes and ice-​cream flavors.
Perhaps the best BR in the area. Very family oriented and courteous unlik e the Whitestone blvd. location.

Lucky Mint tasted pretty much like your typical mint chocolate chip ice cream with a few bits of chocolate cookies thrown in.

Ran in here for a cake today. The girl behind the counter was adorable!
The cakes were nicely decorated and she even offered to write on my cake for two. $ 10.00 for the boy’s birthday cake isn’t bad at all.
I’m not really a «chain» type person but this was a special request. I’ll probably be going to Amy’s for my own Ice Cream splurges but BR has deals on cones on Tuesdays, looks like a great budget friendly outing if you have kids.
