Brian showed exactly on time actually early to give estimate. Told us what it would and how long it wold take. Got glass earlier than expected and installed ahead of schedule. Great job. Recommend him.

Perhaps the person I talked to just doesn’t know what they do or perhaps the website is wrong or out of date. Either way, something’s amiss. Moving on.

Brien was here within an hour when we called today about our shattered living room window. It took him even less time to do a superb job replacing the pane.
The price was more than fair, especially considering the expletives and blood that surely would have been spewed if my husband had attempted to do the job himself.

My sliding glass door dragged badly ever since I bought my house 2 ½ years ago. The handyman for the previous owner said someone had kicked the frame and that’s why. So, I waited a few years to get someone out here thinking that it might be too complicated for a handyman, but a Glass man might not be able to do anything if it was a bent frame. But I had to start somewhere, so I started calling. Once I narrowed it to down to a glass company, I found only 4 companies that advertised for that in Austin and called them all. I called B&B first and I’m glad I did. The others either didn’t answer their messages or were too expensive. B&B was the most reasonably priced with the experience to tackle the job. I just crossed my fingers that the frame was okay, since I’d need to find someone else if it wasn’t. Luckily, the problem was the rollers, so Brien was able to get that at the store. When he got back, it only took a short time to get the new rollers installed and the door into the frame again. It slid beautifully now! He also pointed out where there was a strike plate missing and told me where I could get one and how to put it in (all valuable info for me!). Very helpful! I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

Called 10 places for my broken cabinets glass.. All gave me high high prices and weeks wait… B and b glass guy came in 45min and was done in 30min after he got here… And believe it or not he was 10times cheaper then all these companies…

I broke my patio slider, non-​standard size, and it was fixed ahead of schedule.
I first tried the local franchise of a national chain: I didn’t get the call-​backs that were promised, the tech seemed unsure of his own measurements, and there was no sense of urgency.
On the other hand: Brien made sure to call in the glass order while he was still working. He was still working because he made sure I had cut-​to-​size plywood in my door to secure it while we waited for my glass to come in. It was all done in two days. It took two days for the ‘other guys’ to call and quote the glass.

I called this morning to ask for someone to come out and look at two windows on the house that need replacement. I was told they’d be out in about an hour. I’m still sitting at home and it’s been four hours. That’s just poor business!

We had called B&B Plate Glass to replace the rollers on our sliding glass door. Brien from B & B was on time and friendly. He got to work on the door right away and could tell the replacement rollers he had wouldn’t fit. He went to the local Lowes where we had purchased the door and found the correct rollers. Brien was back in no time and had the door back together in no time and made the adjustments so the door would lock properly. There was no extra charge for having to get different rollers. We would use B&B Plate Glass again.

After my weedeater violently threw a rock through my sliding glass door I called 3 different places including the business that replaced it last time this happened. B&B gave me the best quote and fastest install. 2 hours after calling they showed up and fixed me up. Best price in Austin! I will use them again. Thanks B&B.
