They have improved their pizza crust and brought it back to its original quality. The sauce still lacks something, probably virgin olive oil. The play area has been significantly improved and is no longer a dustbowl.

Their pizza is good, nothing fantastic. I like their employees, very chill Austin vibe. But what I give them 4 stars for is the closed in playscape and outdoor tables and BYOB policy. A cool place for a play date dinner, soccer team group outing, etc. There is a big open field on one side kids can play tag or kick or throw a ball and then a big playscape on the other side. When the weather is good, you will find this place packed with Westlake families. Their pepperoni rolls are pretty legit as well. It’s not cheap as far as pizza goes, but it is local and the ingredients seem like good quality ones. Check it out if you want to sit outside and byob while watching your kiddos play.

Marginal. Almost 2 stars. Was delivery. Overcooked and heading towards dried out. I thought it needed more sauce.

Pizza is good but it’s expensive. I ordered a $ 23 pizza and by the time it was delivered it was cold :(But that’s what microwaves are for right?!

We went here because we were babysitting a 5 year old who can eat pizza until she explodes, and with the playground outside we thought this place would be perfect. My girlfriend and I were absolutely unimpressed with this place. The pizza is as run of the mill boring as it gets. You can go to HEB with $ 5 and get the same quality as you get here. I guess people get a kick out of it because you can go next door to Twin Liquors and drink while you eat, but for my money I’ll just stay home on the couch and drink beer. To be fair, the 5 year old that we took seemed to really like this place. I’m sure if she were here she’d want me to give this place 4 or 5 stars. The playground seemed small, but she enjoyed it. I guess you can’t really put a price on 15 minutes of peace.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to an exceptional pizza. It was OK, not exceptional. I ordered a large regular-crust green pepper, mushroom and sausage. First of all they definitely skimped on the quantity of ingredients and the peppers & mushrooms were dry and a little overdone. Could have used a little more cheese and tomato sauce too. I think there are better pizza options in the Westlake area.

This was definitely pizza. It was edible dish composed of cheese, sauce, and bread. It did not make me sick and as far as I can tell did not have any adverse effects on my health. A+

This pizza snob should just give up on finding truly good pizza anywhere in Austin. I eat here because it’s convenient at times. Do I like it? No. Does it satisfy my pizza cravings? No. It’s just crust, sauce and cheese to me… not pizza. Why 3 stars? It’s edible. I would give just about every pizza place in Austin one star for the pizza, but that’s not fair to the business. It’s really not their fault they don’t know what really good pizza is. Or maybe it is.

This place has gluten free pizza, which is a huge plus in my book! Also, the BYOB is a nice advantage when eating on premise. The downside is that they are almost incapable of providing an order that is full and correct. I’d say that maybe 90% of the time my order at Austin’s Pizza whether on premise, carry out, or delivery is incorrect. They do always issue credit, no questions asked, but that doesn’t lessen the annoyance of having a wrong order.

We enjoyed our family dinner at Austin’s Pizza. Great outdoor seating area and a large play area for kids. It was tucked in from the road, which made for a peaceful meal. We ordered the meaty pizza and cheese bread. Everything was tasty!

I’ve waffled back and forth from Austin’s Pizza. They have good pizza, and this location is fairly convenient and has a number of perks you won’t find elsewhere. Regarding the pizza, I find them inconsistent. Sometimes it’s really good, other times it’s like Gatti’s(that’s bad). This location does have a playground and large fenced in area. It’s great for people with kids 6 and under. The playscape is pretty small and bigger kids will probably be bored with it easily. They also allow you to bring your own liquor, and in case you don’t keep a case of wine, 6 pack, or fifth in the trunk, there’s a Twin Liquors just a brief walk away. Parking can be tough. They share their part of the lot with a pilates studio and a driving school.

Had veggie pizza and Downtown special pies and neither were very delicious. I was hung over like crazy so that might be why but didn’t think this place was that good. We ordered the regular crust which seemed like thin crust. The pizzas took about 10 minutes to come out after ordering which was good.

Austin Pizza on Bee Caves, tucked in the back corner behind Walgreens and Hollywood Nails, is great for kids on a cool day. The playground is fenced in and there are shade trees on the patio. Pizza is great and the Greek salad is delicious. It has been BYOB, but I hear they’re in the process of getting their liquor license, so check ahead. On a different note, if you want to order it for delivery, get ready to wait, wait, wait. I have learned my lesson. We live 3 miles west of 360, and they state their delivery time is around 30 – 45 minutes. However, it has almost never made it that quickly. The last two times we ordered it took 1.5 hours. So, I have called to complain and they have given me $ 5 off my order. Today however, I ordered one pizza for my 3 small kids home from school, and the order taker said it would be about 45 minutes. I asked to make absolutely sure because of the last two incidents. The man ASSURED me it would only be 45 minutes. An hour later I called and the man said it would be there in 15 minutes. Then, 30 minutes later I called again. The pizza was delivered 2 hours after I ordered. It was free of charge and still warm, but that’s ridiculous. I will not order from them again — unless I think about it 1 ½ hour ahead of time. Again, if you’re not ordering it for delivery, go and enjoy great pizza, salad, and a fun evening with the kids.

pizza is good and salad too. this is the place to go if the kids want to play with friends while you drink beer/wine with friends; it’s BYOB. there is a large deck under oak trees next to a fenced playscape. brin your own wine or walk over to twin liquors.

What a find! A place where you can eat pizza/salads and enjoy a nice bottle of wine or beer. This Austin’s Pizza is BYOB! I love it! What a great idea. Unlike most other Austin’s Pizza this one has more of a restaurant feel with a really cool outside patio. There is even a playscape for the kiddies to enjoy! I really like this new Austin’s Pizza. I totally recommend it. I’ll probably go again soon. Oh, and by the way… if you do want to buy some wine/beer there is a Twin Liquor in the same parking lot! Talk about convienient!
