Eric and his team came through when we needed it most. Our pump motor went out on a Friday, and we were expecting a freeze that night. Even though they were busy, and we called out of the blue, they made sure to get us taken care of that same day so we were ready for the cold night.
Eric showed up with the pump and all of the parts that we needed. His technician, T. C., was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Eric has handled our pool for years and we rely on his team for our sanity. Personal service is a lost art and he is one of the few vendors I don’t have to worry about. If there is ever an issue a quick text resolves it. Why can’t more vendors be like this Company?

Eric manages my pool and keeps it sparkling clean. I used two other pool companies and all they did was overdose the pool with harsh chemicals, but then I found Austin Pool Solutions. Eric was able to give me a clear pool with no burning eyes all summer long. I highly recommend him and his crew.
