Pain Center Austin is a team of fellowship trained interventional pain management physicians who provide comprehensive, clinically proven solutions in alleviating chronic and acute pain with the goals of restoration of function and improvement in quality of life. We offer minimally invasive interventional pain management options. We are proud to announce that Pain Center Austin has merged with Austin Pain Associates.
History
Established in 2010.
In designing this office, we listened to our patients and have made efforts to incorporate certain expectations. Our patients are seen and evaluated by a physician at each office visit. Our patients will have the option of seeing the same physician at each visit. We use an electronic medical record to optimize efficiency. We will keep your referring physician aware of your treatment plans and progress. We expect our patients to be proactive in their own well-being. We are hopeful that our new office will meet and exceed your expectations.

Business Owner
Dr. Asim S. Aijaz is board certified in both pain management and anesthesiology. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, he received his MD and anesthesiology residency training from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his fellowship in pain management at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center at New York Medical College.
Dr. Kery L. Feferman, M.D., is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. After graduating with a BA from Smith College in Massachusetts, she went on to receive a MD, completed her residency in Anesthesia and fellowship in Pain Medicine from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Bennett J. Ezekiel, MD, MPH, is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship trained in Pain Medicine. He received a BA in Sociology from UT-Austin, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, MD from Texas Tech Health Science Center School of Medicine, completed residency and fellowship at UTHSCSA.
