I have been detailing cars for five years and I know what works and what does not. I know from year of experience that in order to get a well detailed car you have to do it by hand. You can not clean a car with a machine or tunnel scrubber (drive thru). I personally hand wash and wax every car.

I also purchased a LivingSocial deal with Austin Mobile Auto Detailing and, despite numerous attempts both by phone and web, they have not responded to requests for an appointment. The LivingSocial deal is now expired, and I am exploring options for further action.

I purchased a living social deal to have my car detailed by this company. After calling and completing a form on their website to make an appointment numerous times (as their voice message directs callers to do) I still have not been contacted. My voucher expires tomorrow. The least they could do is give me my money back.

I had two vehicles detailed by Austin Detailing. They were here when they said they would be and were very thorough and professional. One vehicle was heavily used by a family that includes three sports-​playing boys. Needless to say, there was plenty of soccer and baseball field dirt as well as other assorted stickiness, spills and stains. Austin Detailing did an excellent job and even buffed out a couple of paint transfers that were on the bumpers. All around excellent job — would recommend to anyone looking for good mobile detailing in the Austin area!
