Austin Leak Detection

Came out promptly and diagnosed our situation; leaking pipe. Said he’d provide a quote to fix it but that we’d be better off finding someone closer to us to do the repair. Otherwise, we would have to pay an additional charge since we live so far away from them. Thanks so much for the help.

Our pool started losing water at a rate of just less than 2″ per day about a week before we decided to call somebody for help. I called Nick and he and Marco came out the next day. They pressurized all the plumbing that actually tested OK. They found a small leak behind one of the light fixtures in the deep end using the simple die test. They fixed the leak and gave the entire pool a clean bill of health. No more leaks and no more having to top up the pool every day.
Nick was great. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and used state of the art equipment to check out all the lines. My biggest worry was that there was really a leak in the plumbing but he included all of those checks during his inspection. He even sent us a full report later that day stating that the pool was 100% leak free.
We’ve gone a few days since the leak was fixed and the pool water level hasn’t moved. If you are having to add water every day or so to top up your pool you should call Nick. There’s a leak!

I recommend Austin Leak Detection if you suspect that you have a leak. Service was excellent from the first call to the locating of the leak and helping me get the required repairs. Nick knows what he’s doing and works quickly and effectively. The leak was exactly where he said it would be.

We had a leak in our pool and knew it had to be in the drain or drain plumbing since that was the only thing still under water. Most places wanted to charge us a pretty high standard price to find the leak even though we had it isolated to this one area. Nick talked with me about it on the phone, took the time to understand the issue and talked about some different choices for fixing the leak. Nick only charged us for the actual work that he needed to perform since our pool leak was much easier to find instead of some high base price like the other places. Nick was really great answering questions on our pool and even gave us some other contacts for some larger work we wanted to complete on our pool. He is straight forward and honest and will do a good job. He was also available much sooner than the other companies which had a week wait. He scheduled to come out the next day.

The next available leak detection service was not available within 7 days of our phone call and was higher in price. Nick was on time and helped us out.
