We deliver appraisals in a variety of reporting formats to meet any need and each report is reviewed by a second appraiser for quality control.

History

Established in 2009.

The Appraisal Team was formed out of a need we saw in the Austin area for a firm that offers a broader selection of services across a larger coverage area. Because of our flexibility in scheduling, and our combined experience in areas of real estate, we are able to offer a superior service for residential and commercial property valuations.

Manager

Stephanie has over 10 years of appraisal experience including mass valuations and commercial work for a major lender. As a manager at the Austin Appraisal Team she oversees the flow of assignments and ensures that all appraisals adhere to our stringent quality guidelines as well as stated delivery times.
