Personal Chef and Caterer, Vicki Comisso can solve many of your entertaining needs by catering a dinner party, cooking on a weekly basis for your family, teaching you to cook in a home setting, travel to vacations with your family and much more. Vicki is able to create meals from scratch, no artificial preservatives, shop from stores you pick, use organic if desired, provide special meals for the gluten intolerant or diabetic client. Most cuisines are available, just ask. Do you need to help a family member in times of medical emergency or illness? If you are from out of town, Vicki can be reached by phone or email and will offer a free consultation and plan to insure your family member is well fed. The special occasions in your life can be made more special by having Vicki cater your engagement party, bachelor/​bachelorette party, weddings, anniversaries, Bar Mitzvah/​Bat Mitzvah, any occasion or just a week night dinner that you plan for your self or family. Some favorite dishes of mine include, Chicken Victoria, Drunken Mussels, Kaluha Brownies, Pizza made to order, Omelet Buffet, Chicken Curry, Beef Short Ribs with cheesy polenta, Chicken Picatta, Beef Wellington, the list goes on, I make family style and a smaller version of many casseroles to keep in the freezer, on hand for that last minute invitation to friends for a evening at home. Some example are Chicken Tetrazzini, King Ranch Casserole, Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce.

Austin Cooking Lady has been creating special meals, events, celebrations and more since Vicki relocated to the Austin area from New Jersey where she was working as a Personal Chef. The company has grown by word of mouth, because of the quality of the food prepared by Vicki and the attention to details for every client. A consultation is free of charge to all clients and helps the client understand if Austin Cooking Lady is indeed the perfect caterer, Personal Chef, for their event or special occasion.

Vicki Comisso has been working as a Personal Chef and Caterer

for the past 30 + years. Moving to Austin in 2006, Vicki decided

to continue her passion for food, teaching others to cook, and

catering for weddings, special events and private chef duties. A

former resident of Mendham, New Jersey, Vicki worked as a

Personal Chef for a prominent attorney and her family. While

cooking on a daily basis and for special events, the family was

faced with an situation demanding a change in diet and

lifestyles for the teenage son. After several weeks of no white

flour, no sugar and cleaner eating, the health and behavior of

both children changed dramatically. Vicki found that work very

gratifying and hopes to continue to have an impact on other

here in Austin. Vicki is a member in good standing of United

States Personal Chef Association/​Hire A Chef.
