That’s why we always strive to give you same day service and never charge you extra for it. All of our technicians are fully trained and insured so you’ll get quality work. We stand behind what we do with a full 12 month warranty on parts as well as 90 days on our labor.

We also respect your time. You choose the best appointment time for your schedule and we’ll call you when we’re 20 minutes out to let you know we’re on our way.

We service all major brands including Amana, Asko, Bosch, Braun, Dacor, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Gaggenau, GE, GE Monogram, GE Profile, Honeywell, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Maytag, Miele, Samsung, Sub Zero, Thermador, U-​Line, Viking, Whirlpool and Wolf. If you don’t see your brand here, just call us — we can probabluy service it too.

Austin is our home and we’re here to help friends and neighbors like you get your appliances working normally again. You’ll get a full diagnostic followed by a written quote for the cost of the repair before any work is performed. If you agree to have us do the work, 100% of the diagnostic fee will be applied to the repair cost.

History

Established in 2013.

The owners and technicians of Austin Appliance Masters have been fixing appliances in the Austin area for more than 30 years combined. While our joint association with the Appliance Masters name only dates back to 2013, our roots in the community, offering the highest quality services, are much older than that.

In 2013, we simply decided to join forces with other like minded folks who realized that together, we could offer better service to more of our Austin neighbors by sharing our strengths. We believe it has worked out wonderfully, and all our happy customers seem to agree. We sincerely hope we’ll have the opportunity to let you decide for yourself, and add you to our every growing list of happy, satisfied customers.

I have worked with my hands all of my life, and until recently I remained in the field, fixing appliances nearly each and every day. More recently though I have passed much of that off to my son as well as our growing team of great service technicians as we’ve been blessed to see our business grow. I have been learning a whole new side of business (on the marketing and internet side of things), while having the good fortune to mentor and teach what I’ve been doing for so many years. When not working on (or teaching) the appliance repair business, I love to spend time with my wife and our 2 dogs (as well as the occasional grand-​dog, too!), soaking in all that Austin has to offer.
