I felt unwanted here! This location is really close to me and wanted to try it out. My visit was on a Monday this month late afternoon about 11 A.M. There was only one Asian lady in the store. I wanted a full set of nails and a regular pedicure. As soon as I told her what I wanted, she insisted that she could only do a pedicure at the time because her other co-workers had not arrived yet, which I was okay with. As I have experienced in other nail salons, the lady doing the pedicure isn’t always the person that also can complete a full set of nails, right?! She then walks up to the front desk cause she tells me that she needed to check the schedule today to see if there was an opening. She goes on to say that they were all booked that day. So I then asked if I could come the next day to get a set of nails, she answered with we are all booked tomorrow too. I then asked if I can come the day after next and she replies with we are also all booked. She then explains that having to soak my old nails off and applying a new set takes too long… and no one has any time for that. So I just threw up my hands and walked out. I could have maybe understood it differently as all this was in her little Vietnamese accent. But I knew I felt unwanted.

$ 23 for a pedicure, I was expecting less than amazing but I needed a quick fix and it was close to my son’s day care. However, much to my surprise, the woman was SONICE and extremely attentive to details. One of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. I will be going there from this point on. I was so impressed! It felt so good as well, ha ha.
