Wow.
Nothing says «I don’t care about my reputation» like flipping off people while driving like a maniac in a car with your business name and phone number on it.
I noticed the car when it pulled an illegal and dangerous move right in front of me. I honked, he flipped me off, then proceeded to drive like a maniac.
Thinking this might be a careless or rogue employee, I noted the business name and called. Got to talk to the owner right away because it turns out this is a one-​man shop. He let me know how much he didn’t care about what I thought of his driving. In fact, he told me, I wasn’t the first person that day to call him about it!
This may or may not speak to the quality of Juan Carlos’s work, but it speaks volumes to his character in general and gives you a good idea of how he’ll respond if you ever do have an issue with his work.
I personally will not support a business whose owner is such a bad citizen.

On the way home one day a trailer kicked a rock into the windshield of my 06 Impala, unfortunately it left a nasty chip. Luckily I ran into this company on Unilocal and thought to give them a try. Juan Carlos met me the same day and was able to fix my chip in no time at a good price. It looks good as new and I would recommend to anyone needing a mobile service!

So I made a dumb mistake: I put a lawnmower in the back of my SUV, didn’t tie it down, took off driving, and punched the handle right through my back window.
Carlos made my oopsie right by offering same-​day mobile service at my home at a very fair price. As part of the repair process, he not only vacuumed up the broken glass, but also the dirt and weeds that had fallen off my mower, leaving my SUV’s rear cleaner than it’d been in months!
I appreciate Carlos’ speedy and detail-​oriented service, and know who to call the next time I need glass replacement — mower-​precipitated or otherwise.
