History
Established in 2010.
Attainable Growth, LLC was started when the owner/operator, Mike Groth realized the «barriers to entry» that many individuals are confronted with in regards to pursuing health and fitness goals. More specifically, too many individuals do not have the time, or the money to workout at a health club or gym, but still have a strong need and desire for guidance, motivation, education, and accountability to achieve their goals. Mike strives to break down those barriers that individuals are dealt with by providing an affordable, accomodating service to those who are ready to work hard and take their health and fitness to the next level.
