Angelique, the manager, was so helpful! I went to another location off of Research and Great Hills to transfer my service and update my phone. The guy there was so helpful once he found out I was needing Direct TV since they did not offer Uverse or Giga power in my area. At the time I did not know they didn’t offer giga power because he gave me the bundle price, but did not actually bundle my service leaving me with just cable. When I called direct tv the price they gave me was going to cost more than my uverse and the internet was not going to be nearly as good as giga power. I only went with Direct TV because it was with AT&T. Long story short trying to get internet and figure out what was offered, I spoke to that location, Direct TV(twice) and AT&T customer service. It wasn’t until I spoke to Angelique, that it was all sorted out and the hours of confusion and frustration were over. She took care of everything and set up everything for me.

Clueless employees, worse customer service over the phone. I bought a go phone at Walmart. Then out of nowhere, ATT shut it off. Said I needed proof of purchase. It took forever, but I found my receipt, and then it took another forever to get an English speaker on the phone. Then a week later they shut it off AGAIN. I went to this store on the drag. After an hour or so of screwing around on the phone, it was determined that I could do nothing and this was all walmarts fault. Of course, walmart did nothing too. The phone can no longer be used and nor can the minutes I had bought. AVOIDATALLCOSTS! SCAMARTISTS!

The new AT&T store on the Drag is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. It’s spacious(maybe even too spacious with so much unoccupied room) and the staff were exceedingly helpful. Unlike the typical carrier store, my visit was actually a pleasant experience. I didn’t have to explain what I needed multiple times and the staff was prompt with the solution. They were even joking amongst each other how differently the store was run since they could play whatever music they wanted rather than being constrained to corporate playlists. This is definitely the closest an electronics store has come to mimicking the Apple Store experience. This is also a corporate store and not just an authorized retailer. That means you can get new SIM cards and perform higher level actions here without issue.

Do not believe the other reviews. It’s a store on a main drag– obviously they are going to have peak hours that are busier than other times. I went here at 7:30pm on a Tuesday. I was immediately greeted by the staff and was attended to by Jordan who was super helpful and accommodating in setting up my phone and tablets. AT&T is one of the better service plans you can get. The only downside is no unlimited data but the service areas are incomparable. Angelique was an adorably upbeat manager who gave me a great deal on my tablets. Only downside to this particular store is parking. I suggest to park at the lot the block before to avoid unnecessary traffic and stress. Otherwise GREAT place to shop.

Never ever come here. Service is absolute worst. Spent two hours waiting and no one was able to help. Service reps are essentially clueless. Complete waste of time.

Don’t sign up with AT&T they are gonna tear you another one with data overage fees, late fees and convenience fees regardless of how long you’ve been with them. They know they have you, cellphone service is the oil & gas of telecommunications. Just get a prepaid phone!
