Ashley Pest Control

We’ve used Ashley Pest Control for 15 years, whenever we need anything pest-​related done. They usually have appointments quickly, and come out and fix whatever needs fixing pretty quickly. I appreciate that when I ask questions or add input they treat me like a real person and answer me well. That’s not always the case when repairmen are talking to females :)

We’ve used Ashley for many years and I recommend them to anyone. In addition to regular treatments, they’ve also helped us with a termite problem, which came as a surprise considering that we live in a large, relatively new house and the builder had done a soil treatment before construction (or so we were told…). Ashley is pleasant to deal with. They answer the phone when you call, they remind us when we’re due for an appointment, and their technicians are friendly and polite. They also stand behind their work. On a couple occasions over the years, we’ve had insects reappear before our next treatment was due, and they handled it right away. The cat story by another reviewer strikes me as odd. Mr. Ashley has always impressed me as someone who really knows his stuff when it comes to pesticides.

We have used Ashley pest control for years and love the service. They don’t spray the watered down stuff some others use. Our cats are fine after they come. Been in business since 1969 I hear. I’m out in Leander and they always come from S. Austin, no problem. Very honest and funny too. Try ‘em!

First trip out, accidentally hit a sprinkler line. Stayed with it until it was apparently fixed. Pull line out and cut out drilled out section and patched.
About six weeks later the patch failed and water spraying every where. Shut water off and called them and they came out without any delay at all and the Owner and his assistant stayed with it till it was Fixed! Will continue my contract with then for as long as I live here. Good People and would recommend to anyone.

Best in the Business! Best prices and very honest about what works for your home. Very diligent on time and great work ethic. Very clean and even took his shoes off when he came inside the house. Overall extremely pleased with Ashley Pest Control, and will be recommending to all our friends

The staff at Ashley are friendly and professional, but not knowledgeable about insecticide toxicity. My cat got terribly sick after they treated our home. When I called them to alert them of the problem, they insisted that the chemical they used was safe. However, after 5 minutes of research on the internet, I found out that the chemical they used (Permethrin) IS toxic to cats. The staff at Ashley apparently are not informed of the toxic side effects of the products they use, and since I have both children and pets, I don’t trust them to safely treat my home.

Ashley pest control is a small family owned company and we have used them for years. They have fair prices and are loyal to their customers.
Mr. Ashley always makes me laugh and he has a lot of knowledge about termites and bugs. He was able to give me a termite quote over the phone and stayed true to the price.
The only con is they tend to run 15 – 30 minutes late.
