I love Michael Reeh and his team. Michael has gone out of his way to help me in many different situations and he didn’t have to. He’s probably the most honest individual out there, so if you’re looking for a place to live for a fair price and you don’t want an agent that will only take you places that offer a higher commission, then you need to head their way.

My family and I are relocating from Dallas-​Fort Worth to the Austin area & have been searching for apartments solely online. Not sure where to look and/​or what area’s are even nice… after many phone calls, emails, and even a denial I gave up! We were going to be leaving DFW headed to Austin with no place to live. Until I stumbled across Apartments Here online. I called the number and spoke with Billy. I told him what I needed, how much I wanted to pay, and the issues with our credit. After a 5 minute or so phone call he sent me an email with properties. One in particular that had a special going on. The next day we applied and got approved! Billy is amazing! He did what I was trying to do for over a month in less than am hour! I recommend calling here for all of your apartment search needs! Billy gets the job done! We have a move in date & saved money doing it!

Michael was incredibly empathetic of my past broken lease situation and immediately went into problem solving mode to help me find my new home. 1. Its always an incredible feeling when the boss of the company is who helps you directly and 2. Nothing can beat stellar customer service. I felt like he really cared not only about me and my situation, but helping me in the future.

At first I was not happy with this company because the agent I had an appointment with cancelled literally minutes from the appointed time. But Lisa Victorian stepped in and saved the day! She worked tirelessly to scan for apartments in the area I desired within my budget. In addition, she insisted on including other amenities (in house washer/​dryer) I was willing to let go in order to make my search easier in the competitive Austin housing market.
This led to a beautiful place a half mile from my work, within my budget –and– with an in unit w/​d! Not only that the apartment had a little patio facing the greenbelt. This place is quiet, serene and even has a little dog park!
I rented the place immediately and cannot thank her enough for her diligence and willingness to step in when the other guy dropped the ball.

This review is about my friend Wayne McCoy. I have had some credit issues and I was struggling finding a place. I wanted to stay in the same area I live in and was getting the run around. I emailed Wayne Saturday night and he called labor day, when most people were off this guy was working. Wayne sent me listings Monday and had me in the apartment of my choice by Wednesday. Here is the deal, I as at work and Wayne drove to the complex he knew I wanted and spoke on my behalf, this really touched my heart. Wayne isn’t just an apartment locator, he’s a good person and has a good heart. he didn’t judge me, in fact when I started to get nervous, I texted Wayne and Wayne told me, dude, don’t you worry. Well today is Friday and I’m signing my lease to my new place. Do not go through the hassle of doing this yourself, call Wayne because he will not only listen, he will find you exactly what you want. Wayne, if you ever need anything, and I mean that, its Steve. Brother you will always be welcome in my home.

David York is the man to go with. He is very professional and he knows how to listen and provide you with several options to choose from. He took every single detail into account as far as what we needed and provided us with several places to visit. We had some credit issues that limited us a bit and he was able finesse that situation as well as offering us advice on how to build our credit up. Every place we looked at with him was extremely nice and was exactly the things we discussed prior to our meeting. He emailed me several listings so that we could narrow down the search before we even got started visiting different apartment complexes. During our visits, David was on it! He made sure the leasing agents included all of our specifications and held them accountable for the original prices they quoted. He also looked for opportunities to work our price down based on what specials they were offering all while writing everything down so that we didn’t need to remember every single number that was discussed. He stayed with us throughout the whole process and remained patient even though it was a 1,000 degrees outside. In two days, we found the perfect place and ironically it was the first place he picked out for us! He knows his clients and will do what it takes to get them where they need to be! I cannot brag enough about him!

After driving around for two days – endlessly around Austin in search of apartments, I threw in the towel. Who would have ever known, looking for an apartment would be such a hassle. On the way back to my motel, feeling frustrated and beat, I drove past a small strip mall and notice the sign out front – «Apartments Here». As I entered, Mark Freeman quickly introduced himself to me with such conviction, I think he scented my sense of urgency. Mark was very helpful, he found an issue on my credit report which prevented me from being accepted at some of the locations I had applied for but was turned down – and within 35 minutes and bunches of calls, Mark was able to locate four class A properties that I may be interested in. Mark drove me around for three hours in search of my new home and on the fourth stop in Pflugerville, I knew he had located the jewel that would be mine. They were able to get me approved within 45 minutes and it is all due to Mark Freeman’s professionalism and apartment knowledge. Mark is highly recommended to all. Thanks Mark!

Locators take all of the guesswork out of the hunt– ESPECIALLY locators like Wayne McCoy! I could not have asked for a better experience in finding the perfect apartment. Wayne was patient, listened to all of my high maintenance demands, and visited nearly a dozen places with me before helping me find the best place for me. I’ll never search solo again! I signed up to Unilocal just to write this review :) I recently got a job offer in Austin, and drove over with just two days to secure an apartment (I live six hours away). I got on craigslist, looked at complexes, made phone calls and got… nowhere. I woke up on my last day in Austin, slightly panicked, and decided to send out «bait” – I surfed Trulia and filled out 10 of those «I’m interested in this property» survey forms and waited for the first person to contact me. Within 5 minutes, I received an e-​mail from Jessica who told me to stop by the Apartments Here office that morning. We went over listings (she had TONS that I hadn’t seen online) and went out to see three properties; throughout this process, she made sure that the complexes quoted the correct prices and never once pressured me to accept anything. Ultimately, she managed to find me an apartment in a complex I thought was out of my price range, and within walking distance of work. I signed a lease three hours after walking into the Apartments Here! office — it wasn’t just a painless process, but a pleasant one — thank you, Jessica!

JP was my locator, and he was so kind to my daughter and I. I had began my search for our new home without a locator and found a place that I really liked. So I applied and got detained due to something I did when I was a kid.
So on our way back home I noticed there sign and decided to call, and that’s were I talked to JP. He asked a lot questions about me, which was unusual I felt.
But he said he needed this info, so I don’t waist my money by applying at another apartment that wouldn’t accept me.
So I answered his questions, and JP gave me a time to meet with him the next day.
This review is getting long. So in short JP found me a place to call home and I couldn’t be happier.

Rebecca was a godsend! We had a husky and were having the hardest time finding an apartment in the are we wanted without paying through the roof AND being able to keep our pups. She sat with us for a little over an hour and did all the leg work for us: D I’d suggest following up with any locator to make sure they get their commission on the apartment tho, when I called her to thank her it turned out the complex had not confirmed our approval and move in.

We stopped here randomly in our fruitless search to find an apartment for me and my family. And how randomly fortuitous it was. We were paired up with our locator, Yvette M. Caceres. She was immediately warm and welcoming towards my son and partner. She listened with genuine interest and compassion to our needs and concerns about finding a home. Within minutes she had located a perfect property, loaded up me and my fam (plus car seat) into her own vehicle and took us to the property literally 30 minutes before closing. We are moving into the property early next month and are soooo grateful to Yvette for finding it for us. What a great experience. Thank you Yvette for locating a perfect home for us and the kiddos! Will recommend Yvette to anyone and everyone I know!

Michael helped me find my apartment and my previous one. He is the best! Michael goes above and beyond and makes sure to fit your needs. My girlfriend, brother, and I are moving to Austin and we decided to use «Apartments Here» to find the best place for each of us to live. Windy was EXTREMELY helpful and she knew a few different options that worked with our budget and living situation. Within a couple of hours, Windy found a place for my girlfriend and I, and another place for my brother and we can’t wait to move in! Windy’s knowledge of Austin and it’s different areas, paired with her own personal experience, made it a much easier experience than expected and I would definitely go to «Apartments Here» again!

I’ve used apartments here twice now. I never really knew what apartment locators did, I figured they were for people who didn’t know how to find their own apartment. I never understood why people would pay money for someone to find them an apartment… Turns out it’s a completely free service, and they’re actually pretty awesome, well, apartments here is anyway.
I was moving from San Antonio to Austin and I had no idea what areas were good, bad, average etc. I had a few specific requirements that made it a little harder than average but Apartments Here found multiple locations meeting all my requirements. It saved me a ton of time!
The first apartments that I moved into that Apartments Here found were super friendly and helpful after finding out that I was using a locator. The move in special wasn’t even listed at the apartment themselves and they didn’t even bring it up. I was lucky I went with these guys. Saved me a ton of money.
The second place was just as easy. I gave my criteria and time frame and they sent me a list of places. It really does save a ton of time and makes everything much much easier. If you’re in the Austin or surrounding areas and looking for an apartment you really should look into using Apartments Here austin locators.

I was so impressed, I actually found them on Unilocal!When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for, they sat with me and made sure I was comfortable on price and size of the apt I was looking for. I’ve been to other locators and they kind of brushed me off but here I actually felt like they were looking for my best interest. Highly impressed and I will def refer them to anyone.!!

It was a pleasure stopping by the office location of Apartments HERE! The Apartments HERE team was very nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in, not just to earn my business but to seriously help me out! They have access to most all apartments around Austin and have very good personal relationships with the leasing agents! They seemed to know all the good deals around town. Linda was very helpful in showing me a couple possibly listings should I need to move in real quick without breaking a lease etc. Knowing the industry and some of the loop holes and what to expect for price is a must when looking for a new apartment and I think the Apartments HERE team does a good job of really finding out what’s going on. Relocating from out-​of-​state is a harrowing experience to say the least! SO stressful! BUT! A very sweet, professional, and compassionate young lady by the name of *Windy Smith* is an angel in disguise! I called her in major distress over relocating to Austin, TX. and she has gone over and above her call of duty to help me and my family! She has expert customer service skills, a compassionate ear and, has followed through with everything she said she would, and could do! I would HIGHLY recommend Windy Smith for all of your relocating needs for Austin, Texas! She is a definite asset to Apartments Here! I am SO glad I went to this place for help finding an apartment. It seemed helpless to look through hundreds of apartments and I had really specific needs like a garage, washer/​dryer, etc… Jessica was really honest and didn’t waste my time looking at apartments I wouldn’t like. I had searched around the area and she knew all the inside info like how bad a place is and stuff. I’m really glad I came here. They helped me so, so much! And I LOVE the place she found me.

A friend of mine is moving to the Austin area so after doing a lot of our own footwork and research we decided to pop in here to get some professional help on finding her a decent apartment with the amenities in the vicinity of town that she wanted to be in.
We were paired up with Linda who is an awesome lady! She knows a lot of people, was very professional and helpful during our search — and took us to a lot of apartments that we didn’t consider before and we ended up with some great options that we didn’t have before. The day that we spent with her looking around was incredibly valuable. We are going to continue to work with her as my friend gets closer to her move date in order to secure an apartment. I saw a craigslist ad for a 2 bedroom apt and responded to the ad. As it was listed as a 2 bedroom, but showed the floorplan of a 1 bedroom, things were already not off to a good start.
John Edward Arredondo responded to my inquiry and his response was: ««IT is a 2 bedroom. its an apartment north off 35… But they have applications on them sorry. they went fast. I can help you out with others I know of call me when u get a min. Thanks».
No suprise there, I know listing fake listings on craigslist is a commonly used trick of apartment locators to get customers. Regardless, I told him what we needed, but that I was unavailable by phone, and email would be easier for me. This is how our conversation went from there:
John: OK I found some great options but we need to talk so call me when you get the chance. Thanks, Also do you work for Dell? John 512−775−4756
Me: Sorry, John, but I am indefinitely unavailable to talk by phone, so we’ll have to communicate by email only.
John: Not even tomorrow
** apparently John does not know the meaning of «indifinitely» ** minus 10 points for John.
Me: No, sorry. I have a 2 year old that makes phonecalls quite unpleasant.
John: Then I’m sry I can’t help you
REALLY!!! come on guys, what the crap?! do you even really WANT customers?! Way to show your support for families!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Jim today. He was an incredibly nice man and he was very informative. He helped us find a couple of apartments in the perfect location. He wont rush you, he wont push you but most of all he’s honestly there to help!

It was my first time finding an apartment on my own and I didn’t really know where to begin. After some cursory Google searches, I found real estate agent Lee Glass, father of three, at Apartments HERE! When I initially contacted him, I didn’t exactly know what I was looking for, but he helped me narrow it down and find an apartment in an area he didn’t usually show apartments in. The whole process was quick and painless, but, as a first-​time renter, I made a stupid mistake and lost my lease. Lee was more than willing and eager to help me yet again as we looked for another place. We found one in two days! He’s a great guy, easy to talk to, and seriously cares about his customers’ needs and situations. Thank you so much Lee Glass!

This review is for Jim Stuade at Apartments HERE! I worked with Jim at the beginning of June and had a wonderful experience. He really knows the Austin area (I moved from out of town) and was able to give advice about neighborhoods, building management companies, and everything. He has an incredibly kind and gentle demeanor which inspires a lot of trust and he is thorough in creating a custom-​fit list of places to view. I was extremely happy with his services and recommend him highly.
