Unlike many other locksmiths/​key locations in the area, this place is open on Saturdays. Definitely convenient for the working masses.
I had trouble with duplicate keys I had made at Home Depot, Lowes, and a couple of other places. While these other places refunded my money, what I needed was keys that actually worked. My usual go-​to Locksmith was only open 9 – 5 M-​F, definitely not convenient. So I found this place online, checked their hours, and got my keys made. And the best part of course, is that they worked. They are pricier than the big box stores, but the keys work; more important than price.

I was getting ready to list a home for sale, and the key to the house was not working. When I called the team at Anderson Mill Lock & Key they got right to work. With a picture of a house key provided by the home owner, they were able to make a key which provided access to the house. They took great care to resolve my key-​tastrophy, quickly!

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m all over supporting small, local, businesses. Including where I go to get my keys made!
This guy has a plethora of locks and keys, he’s fast, and he’s reasonably priced. I needed a key made for a new restaurant, so I came by. The guy was nice, and after I gave him my key, he had a new one for me in under 5 minutes! It was a «do not duplicate,» so I had to fill out some tracking paperwork, but that’s normal.
I highly recommend him for getting your lock and key needs! I’ll be back if I need anything in the future.

Amazingly friendly and helpful! When I locked myself out of my car they were able to quickly come to my location and easily get me back into my car AND made me a second key on the spot!

Not recommended to use these guys for late model jeeps. Despite their assurances they could not unlock Jeep Wrangler when I needed it done. They charge way too much and could not deliver.

We cannot say it enough… we were incredibly blown away by the quick, efficient and helpful employees. We had an issue with our car and thought it was with our ignition — but we found out after saving so much money that it was a simple fix — it was a worn key that needed to be remade. Within 30 – 45 minutes we had two keys made and they even did a remote keyless entry for our daughter’s 2004 Chevy Impala, which upon purpose did not come with the car for less than $ 150.
«Longhorn Lock and Key» were also helpful, although they could not help us, they recommended Anderson Mill Lock and Key and we are so glad they did!

Needed a spare key for my car, and the stealership wanted way too much. it was more than a key cut, it required programming too. These guys were awesome, and they solved my problem in a matter of minutes, at ¼ the price the dealer quoted! They will always get my business. Great service and pricing.

On the day I went, the customer service was pretty lacking, but the guy did seem to know a lot about keys. In the end, I felt like I was interrupting his reading, and so I left and went to Home Depot instead.

The bored kid behind the counter couldn’t hide how disinterested he was in helping me. He couldn’t work the machine to create a duplicate car key, either. Eventually, an older gentlemen came along and cut the key for me, but even he had to call the help line for their key cutting software to find out how to do it correctly. The bored kid was doing something with his phone (texting or facebook is my guess) during this time. But when it came time to charge me money, he suddenly came alive, if only for a few brief seconds.
I will NEVER use this company for anything, under any circumstances. They didn’t seem interested in helping me and didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

I used this company to fix my deadbolt lock. They were professional and timely in their response.
They are definitely the company I will call if this need arises in the future.

We are very satisfied with the service and work! Our front door lever broke off and we didn’t know how to fix it. Anderson mill lock showed up that day, fixed the problem, and was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous.

Anderson Mill Lock is awesome. John came over and installed a new front door handle and deadbolt. Oh, and he also installed a new and stronger strike plate. He was super helpful and took the time to explain options and ideas. I originally thought I’d need to replace other locks but after he checked, it was determined it just wasn’t needed. He’s very knowledgeable and really good at his job. I’d call these guys again in a heartbeat.

I really want to encourage everyone to support local businesses like Anderson Mill Lock and Key. They’re a really great bunch of guys. I just got some spare keys made here recently. Lowe’s recommended I come here when they weren’t able to duplicate some car keys for me.

They were very fast, they came out the same day that we called to rekey our new house.
The locksmith was very nice and efficient. Also very reasonably priced.

I needed a lock cylinder rekeyed, and a new key for my ’77 Toyota Landcruiser, as the (only) one I had was very worn. Found these guys here, stopped in this afternoon, and 45 minutes later was walking out with my problems solved! Great customer service and attitude, and these guys are real locksmiths, not phone numbers. Give ‘em a try!

I had a «you can pay me now or pay me much more later» moment while there, and had my options clearly explained to me. I appreciate that level of forthrightness.
These guys know what they’re doing and they’re nice about doing it. I’m a big fan.

Okay, I am not one to write bad reviews often but I am very unhappy with this place after my experience yesterday. I got out of the car and locked it from the inside, stupidly forgetting that I left my keys inside when I slammed my door shut. So I called the company nearest my house (only about 2.4 miles away) and they told me it would be around $ 60. $ 60! They were so close to my house!
At first I didn’t realize how much this kind of service cost so I agreed and they told me they would be here soon. Then I called another couple of companies to find a place that charged only $ 15 for the same service. Too bad when I realized this the Anderson Mill Lock & Key guy was already here. So now I’m upset I paid so much more for a service that would’ve cost me so much less. The guy was nice enough but the price was just ridiculous.
Moral of the story: call a bunch of companies and ask for prices before agreeing to one in particular. Also, don’t call Anderson Mill Lock & Key if you want them to unlock your car. They are too expensive!

I recommend Anderson Mill Lock & Key.
They were suggested by an alarm system company to install some dead bolts for me. I called, set up an appointment and the person on the phone answered all my questions. (They even answered my questions when I called them back from Lowe’s after not being able to get any assistance there.)
I appreciated them calling and arriving when they said they would. They did a great job and even showed me how to make my doors more secure.
