Worst night of sleep ever! I have traveled extensively and stayed in a variety of lodging so I am pretty specific when I make reservations.
I was told 2 kings in two rooms.
Come to find out it was one hard as a rock king bed and one horrible pull out bed.
No Ac was on and so the room was 90 degrees it took all night before it was at least 80.
The front desk took no responsibility in the evening or morning not even I am sorry for your discomfort oh and there are no more rooms available.
Never staying at this chain again and if I were you, I would use it as a very last resort.
It could have been redeemed with some better staffing and some attention to detail but it seems that is not their main concern, nor are they concerned about the comfort of the guests who stay. To pricey for a one star operation.

Great place! We drove 14 hours and came across the AmericInn. It was ideal. Nice rooms. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Cheap and friendly people!

Probably too expensive for what it offers, but at least it’s clean and the staff is nice. Not many choices in Austin.
