Amazing Lash Studio

I was a member for a year and had a good experience until they started having turnover with their stylists. Unfortunately, I have decided to go elsewhere. Maybe they can resolve their retention issue and get back on track. Every stylist has been very nice and professional but experience makes a big difference and I had to have a set completely removed because a new stylist used too much glue during one of my fills. They were nice about it but it was a huge waste of my time and happened right before I was headed out of town. My last fill was done by another newer stylist whose hand was shaking and she was very slow. In 3 days I have lost half my lashes so again a waste of time and money. I’m done. I called to cancel my membership and the lady that took my call really could care less that I canceled and just offered me another fill because I suspect this is common to have complaints. I was not rude or angry but simply stated my reason for canceling. The lady taking my call actually disagreed with me saying turnover wasn’t a problem and never apologized for my less than stellar recent experiences and didn’t care they were losing a customer. I suspect if they treat customers like this their stylist aren’t treated any better. Don’t know what is going on but owner needs to do some customer service training and not allow stylist to work on clients until they are ready. Maybe offer reduced rates for new stylist. I suggest going elsewhere until they get these issues resolved.

Jaclyn is AMAZING! I was previously seeing a good friend of mine that moved. I have been seeing her for a little while now. I am super picky and like to have my lashes super FULL. She is awesome! I love her work, my lashes always stay on and look beautiful between appointments, month with almost never happened before. I don’t use mascara and take care of them just as she suggested and they have been growing in just like she said they would! Have been getting tons of compliments! I really love her work, she takes her time and is diligent about placement. Like I said I am so picky and a huge perfectionist, I especially being a makeup artist, I am used to wearing falsies. I am glad I got away from the strip lashes and can wake up feeling my best. Saves me a ton of time getting ready! Ha. Thank you girl! You rock!

I’ve been coming here since July 2015 and I love it! There’s so many styles for everyone’s preference. I use the stylist Kathleen and she always makes sure I leave with exactly what I want! Definitely the place to check out!

I get a lot of compliments on my lashes thanks to Kathleen! She is amazing! My lashes feel absolutely like they are mine and they stay on, never tangle– I can go out au naturel and I feel great! Highly recomend, the place is very clean and all of the girls there are amazing– they always remember your name (nice touch!) Best lash bar in south Austin!

The only reason I am giving this location five stars and will come back to this location is because of Shelbi. I came the day before my birthday for a refill and had Daniella as a stylist. I told her exactly what I wanted the style of cute/​gorgeous which goes from short to long to short and very thick, she assured me she could do this. She took an hour and a half when the appointment is only supposed to take an hour. I had just gotten my lashes done two weeks prior so there wasn’t that much work to be done. After an hour and a half of sitting there I stand up to see that my lashes look like they hadn’t even been done and are all the longest length not thick at all with gaps. I ask her why there are gaps and she told me that my lashes had just thinned and she put on as many as she could, she told me to buy the lash serum. I was upset left and called for them to be fixed the day after my bday. I came in and was with Shelbi. She sat me down asked me why I was unhappy. She then showed me my chart of what they’ve used on me and what lengths and thicknesses asking me how I would like them. She offered to take them all off and start over if I would like, or she could fill in what wasn’t done. Letting me know because they were just refilled it might now look much different because they always put a lash on every natural lash i have. I had her fill in what wasn’t done. I was shocked at the difference that she made. Daniela did not do anything that I asked and idk if she’s new but she left gaps everywhere didn’t put lashes on half my lashes when I had more than enough lashes to make mine full and beautiful. Shelbi made me her loyal customer and I will go back to this location now. She did such a great job im very happy !

I love love love my lashes and I love love love amazing lash studio. I see Kathleen who does an amazing job! have short natural lashes but when these bad boys are on– I feel unstoppable!
All the lash girls are trained, respectful, and down to earth! I’ve been to other lash businesses around the area, but this is by far the very best. I’m a member and I appreciate the discounts that come along with it. I trust and buy all the amazing lash studio products– my favorite is the sexy, portable, red lash brush! I take it wherever I go-​in my purse and in my backpack!

Never thought I’d ever get eyelash extensions because I’m pretty happy with my natural ones, but I did it on a whim and HOLY MOLY I LOVE THEM!!!
I lost 2 or 3 lashes in the first 48hours, but that’s pretty normal. My eyelashes still look amazingly full and long!
The whole process took a little over an hour. My stylist was Elena and she was wonderful. The time just flew by! I can’t say it enough, I’m so happy I got these extensions. I feel glamorous! My confidence has been boosted. The best part is my daily makeup routine has been cut in half! Well worth the time and price! I’ll definitely keep up with the monthly refills. If you take care of them, they can last up to 8 weeks!

Admittedly I’ve never had a lash extension experience before, but I really enjoyed my first time. The staff is very friendly and professional.
I set my appointment up with the store manager Vanessa and she answered all of my questions. I met with my technician Elena and had a discussion about how I wear my makeup and what look I’m trying to achieve. Amazing Lash has 4 different styles to choose from depending on what look you’re going for.
The whole process took about an hour for a full set. Elena had a great ‘bedside manner’ and kept me entertained the whole time. It’s amazing that someone can do such precision work while keeping up in conversation.
I’m fabulously happy with my result and will be signing up for their membership program where you receive free touch-​ups and discounted maintenance procedures.

If you have sensitive skin or easily allergic, make sure to ask for the sensitive skin version of the glue at ALS. This was not offered to me but found out later they carry it. The experience would have been better if this was an option. The manager was very nice and called to apologize and made it right.

I’ve only been there once but the customer service was great & the lashes are beautiful. I did the most outrageous lashes but next time I’ll be a bit more conservative. It sure is great not to worry about mascara.

Love this place. All the employees are so incredibly nice and helpful. The store is clean and I love the layout. Lashes have been great and membership savings are amazing. I’ve had mine on for over two weeks and they still look amazing. If you’re considering lashes this is a great place to go and sign up for the membership so you can continue to get lashes filled at the best price around for the quality. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! So glad you opened a studio in S. Austin! I’ve been lucky enough to have used 3 different technicians and they have all been AMAZING! So happy with my results and how long they are lasting! The technician are professional, helpful, and get you in and out and as a member they always find a way to work me in! THANK YOU!
