The manager is rude to his customers and has no problem admitting it. I went in for a state inspection, first thing I did was pay the $ 28.50 then waited. He said my car failed a few things that would pass anywhere else. I took it there because of the distance. Never again. So he said I have 15 days to get my inspection and can bring it by anytime to check the status. So I brought it in all I needed was the drive train to turn on. He told me drive it to mopac and back. So I did, it didn’t turn on he said one more try and I’m charging you. It passed after that last try. But I asked him why he didn’t let me know all this before and that’s when he got mad and starting yelling at me. One question set this guy off it was crazy I asked him if he was the manager he said yes. I said wow what a way to talk to a Customer, he said oh well don’t come back. He said he doesn’t put up with bullshit. He said «I been in business for 20 years, I don’t care what customers think of me». I said word of mouth, non returning customers And bad reviews can hurt your business. He said oh well there is only one bad review of me online. So I looked him up. He said go ahead and waste your day looking me up and writing a review. I said I will. Opened up Unilocal and read two to him out loud. He said good they won’t come back either. So I started recording this lunatic owner and posted it on YouTube. He is very rude his employees were peaking in listening with shock on their faces. He can learn some customer service from them. I will never be back. He also said my boyfriend purposely put me in a death trap car, he doesn’t even know me. Crazy! One more thing he said that’s why you should check the reviews before going anywhere! Wow!

I just moved in the area so I decide to go to this place. i got an amazing service.
Got my oil change and filter for free!
They put my new license plate and help me with my tires !!
In addition John the owner were super friendly so now my husband and I are going there when we need anything

Going into any vehicle business is a little intimidating and could be very frustrating for a woman, but this place is clean, comfortable, but most of genuinely friendly, upfront, and honest. Excellent customer service! !

I used my Living Social coupon. John at the front was extremely nice and welcoming. The mechanic working on my car was very experienced and did a wonderful job. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in 20 – 30 minutes.
I would recommend these guys hands down and would definitely go back.

I bought a planet super saver deal for this place for some oil changes, expecting to make an appointment that would fit my work schedule. But when I called, the only appointments they make are between the hours of 8am and 10am. Ummm WHAT? The owner then told me that if I was not able to commit to an appointment during that time frame that I could just show up and maybe be helped. Being on a tight work schedule, that is impossible for me. I cannot do things like oil changes on a whim. The planet super saver voucher clearly says «call to make an appointment Mon-​Fri 8am-​6pm. He was very unhelpful with my situation and would not accommodate an appointment during his normal business hours at all. This business should not be advertising and doing promotions with planet super saver if they refuse to take appointments throughout the day. I will be getting a full refund from planet super saver and taking my business else ware.

Disgusting customer service on a whole new level I hadn’t experienced before. John was just vile – and without provocation. I arrived on time for a 10:00 am appointment for a simple oil change. John told me he couldn’t do it today. I said, «But I just spoke with someone this morning and I have an appointment». He goes, «Yeah, I know I’m the one that spoke to you. My bays are full right now with broken down vehicles». I stated, «Well, I wish someone would have called me to let me know before I drove all the way down here». His response was, «Well this is not a doctor’s office. This is the automotive industry». I then said he didn’t have to have such a bad attitude about it. That’s when he said, «We’ll buy that coupon from you» (I had a Super Saver coupon in my hand) To that, I asked to talk to his manager, to which he said proudly, «I am the manager». He then pointed to the door to tell me to get out! I wasn’t even raising my voice at that moment. I calmly asked again to speak with his supervisor or an owner and as he finally handed me a card, he said, «The owner will know all about you before you call him» «I’m going to tell him about you». This guy was trying to intimidate and threaten me, which I just laughed to myself about. What was he going to say, about me, that I was asking to talk to his supervisor? I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and that because of it being busy not all customers can be accomodated. I get that. But, never was anything close to an apology for not being able to get me in for my appointment ever given. This guy was just obnoxious and loathsome to deal with.
I had my husband call the office back to ask when the owner would be in. Interestingly, John was all nice and trying to defend his disgusting behavior.
I can’t speak for their mechanical skills, but if you want to go to a place that gives a da** about it’s customers, steer clear of this place!!!

Overall the pricing is competitive and the staff is very friendly. By far the best mechanic I have come across in town.
