History

Established in 2000.

Working with Homebuyers in the New Home Sales industry for years gave me an appreciation for assisting people from all walks of life that wanted to own a piece of the American Dream. I felt so humbled and joyed to be able to offer my knowledge and time to folks who were making the largest, and in most cases, the most important decision of their lives. I decided to go back to school for my Accredited Buyer’s Certification and become a specialist in my field of Real Estate. It has been a pleasure to work on both sides of the fence and over the years I have learned a great deal about homebuyers emotions and the business of home sales from a builders perspective. I have also learned a great deal about construction and what happens behind the scenes. My wish is to pass this knowledge and insight on to people who are in the mindset to invest in their future and own a piece of that American Dream.

Specializing in builder negotiation and assisting new home buyers in their search for their ideal home. As a former loan officer, Tami is knowledgable in FHA and Conventional loans with Down Payment Assistance, Bonds, Mortgage Credit Certificates & USDA loans. With over 8 years of marketing and advertising experience Tami will help list and sell your home.
