History

Established in 1969.

Began designing/​drawing house plans in MN in 1969 (BS in EE @ UT, Arlington, 1964)., Moved back to TX in ’72, Began building/​remodeling, mostly my own designs. Built over 200 homes, was in two Parade of Homes, dabbled in land development, and real estate development, while continuing building homes I designed. Bought a sailing yacht in Corpus, sailed to USVI in“86, started designing luxury Island homes there and doing storm rebuilding. After twelve years, moved back to Austin in 1998 and resumed home design business.
