I just attempted to get a quote from this business and the woman answering phones was quite unkind. She used a disrespectful tone from the start and her condescending ‘honey’ was unnecessary, so I asked to be given more respect as I was attempting to understand her questions. She immediately defended herself for speaking in that way, and I promptly let her know that her company would not be receiving my business. In today’s age, disrespect should not be tolerated, especially when consumers can easily see reviews of the business. After reading two other reviews of this company, it’s obvious this behavior is a trend.

Alamo glass was incredible. I’d got several quotes, and they were not only the most competitive, but did my glass cutting ON THE SPOT and were insanely helpful and friendly too. Love this place!!!

Don’t mess with this place. They had a very competitive price, the salesman was great on the phone, but the service was less than stellar. First off, the salesman on the phone said the driver would take cash and would have change. That was a lie, he would take cash, but did not have change. Secondly, he broke the trim around the windshield and also the trim inside the door. The installer blamed my truck because it was old. I told the salesman that I would not be home for the work to be done until after 11, the installer called and said he was on his way at 10. I know my truck it 12 years old, and I know that plastic can become brittle, but if you admit that you broke it, you should be replacing it, not blaming the truck. Just poor poor customer service.

Alamo’s claim to «beat the lowest price (you find) by $ 10» is blatant false advertising (see attached photo)! I comparison shopped, calling three other windshield replacement companies. Upon calling Alamo I was immediately placed on hold for 5 minutes, then told that they couldn’t beat the lowest price I was quoted. Oh and the $ 10 coupon they mention? They «aren’t currently honoring» it. Don’t waste your time with Alamo Auto Glass folks.
