A technician came to my parents home. He was wonderful. They don’t know much about the plasma tv. My father was ready to get a new one. The technician talked my father into repairing. It was less than $ 200 for a $ 5000 system.
My parents were very happy with the service and the way they were treated. It has been over 6 months and no problems since the technician was at the house.

Please do not use this place. We had him come to our home to fix our big screen television. He stated on the phone he knew what was wrong and could fix it within that visit. After paying him for the service call, he stated he didn’t have enough space and would have to fix it in his shop. He also stated it would be ready in 2 days. When my husband went to pick it up, he was told a part needed to be ordered. A week later my husband called the owner to ask if the tv was ready. The owner never contacted us to update us on the status of the repair. We were told more parts needed to be ordered and it would cost more money. My husband demanded our television back and took it to a different repair shop who fixed it within 5 hours and for a lower cost than what Aapco quoted us. Again do not use this business, the owner is a scammer!

I was having an issue with white horizontal lines across my TV. I had this company come out to fix it. When he finished, the lines were gone but he had given us a new problem. We now had shades of green in the corners of the TV. He tried to blame this on us. Said we must have moved the TV while it was on or banged on the side of the TV. Of course, we had no issues with color before HE touched it but its not his issue. Then, two days later it will not turn on at all. The TV is dead. This unethical business had the gall to ask what WE did to it when we called him to inform him of this additional issue. He refused to come back and repair his mistakes, he has cashed our check and I’m sure we will never see him or our $ 300 again. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR FOR TV REPAIR. BE WARNED!
