A Prime Storage

Pros: Reasonable prices for the storage space
Cons:…where shall I start???
1. Most vehicles will not fit in the outer sides of the storage units. So, if you get a unit on either one of those sides, you will have to park your vehicle on the street and carry all of your belongings to your unit.
2. Apparently, the storage company has a huge problem with rats. The rats enjoyed dining on our washer and dryer. The dryer was fixed at a cost of about $ 160. However, the washer had too much damage (all wiring and hoses were chewed) to be fixed. We had to purchase a new washer.
The storage company says they are not responsible and have no insurance. They told us that renter’s insurance will cover the damage. However, renter’s insurance does not cover damage done by any animals.
I suppose this is a good case of «you get what you pay for»…
