A Plus Student Staffing

A+ student staffing worked our wedding this May and I’m glad we chose them — the people working the event were courteous and professional. We were on a budget and priced out different vendors, and made the decision on pricing and reviews. I’m glad we worked with them; I know there is a lot of pressure on staff for events like weddings, but they did a wonderful job.

HUGE bravo to A+ Staffing. When I realized that I would need to have 17 arms to make my entire wedding go off without a hitch, we decided to hire staff to support the process. After some research I came across A+ Student Staffing. The coordinator, Taryn, was easy to get in touch with and reassured me that she could provide all the staff we needed for an incredible price. She was flexible with the number of hours they were needed for and provided staff that were TABC certified.
Day of, the staff were incredible– I heard from my day of coordinator that they went way above and beyond, were incredibly helpful, and stayed till the whole job was done. So thankful for staff that took my wedding seriously and gave it their all. Thank you for your dedicated staff! Highly recommend.

I used to work with Mike when I was in college. I bartended and waited tables for A Plus, and also had a brief office stent. As I’ve also worked with other staffing companies, I can attest that Mike is really great at getting all the details. He shows a lot of initiative and hires great kids. I am still great friends with a couple of the former students I worked with years ago. We always knew what we were supposed to wear, who to contact, what to bring, where to go, and Mike himself has even attended events when needed. His staff can do nearly anything and we got so many compliments at nearly every event.
A great company, and a fun place for college students to work. I recommend as employer AND if you need staffing.

PLEASE do not overlook this place. We used A+ Student Staffing in conjunction with Central Market Catering. My point of contact was Mike– who was so pleasant to work with. He walked through our wedding venue with us and seemed genuily interested in making sure everything went smoothly with the catering and bartending. The people arrived on time, in professional all black attire and were so nice. Shelby, I believe the captain, was so nice and worked with my friend who played coordinator. Everything ran so smoothly. We saved so much money by using them– we had 2 bartenders and 4 wait staff for 150 guests. We did a buffet style dinner and things couldn’t have ran better. Mike even called my designated coordinator about a week prior to the wedding just to go over the schedule of events. My friend was really impressed. I don’t know what all services they offer but I can vouch that their catering is affordable and professional.
