A-1 Limousine & Sedan Service

I would NOT work with these people again! Recommend you to hire anyone else in Austin!
Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered, as I shared them with Frank the owner who offered to refund one hour, valued at $ 60, after I spent $ 660 for horrible service.
–Driver arrived late
–Limo didn’t have seating capacity for 7 people, one person had to sit on the floor
–The glassware was dirty with what appeared to be coca-​cola coated syrup in the bottom of multiple champaign flutes
–Worst of all (straw that broke the camels back), our limo broke down and it took almost two hours for them to accommodate us with a replacement causing us to have to cancel the second part of our day
–The replacement limo smelled like marijuana smoke (whatever, but should be noted)
–We were not provided services as paid for, until 8p, as the driver had to be somewhere else in the limo that had been provided
–We were threatened to be charged an additional $ 250 if we stayed in the limo until 8:30p, even though we had paid for a full eight hours!
–We are pretty nice folks, and to the point of A-​1 limo service, there had been an accident with traffic backed up. However, the company has not sought a resolution to achieve customer satisfaction. In fact, we reached out to follow up to find a resolution multiple times. In my humble opinion, this is the business’ job to follow up and should be a priority, which it’s clearly not.
