Geronimo was very flexible and helpful with my out of state move to Atlanta from Austin. I had not done an out of state move in over 20 yrs and he helped figure out the most efficient and cost effective way to move all of my stuff.
They were very professional and NOTHING was broken or damaged in any way. Geronimo was able to take some of the stress out of the move. I highly recommend Austin 365 Moving Service for in town, in state and out of state moving.

Three years ago I asked a close friend if she knew of any privately owned, reliable, honest, careful movers, even though I felt like I was asking her if she had seen any unicorns. She told me about someone who had moved for both her and her sister on different occasions and how they had not broken or damaged anything and were highly efficient and even early for the appointment and otherwise just what anyone in my position might want. (Sounded too good to be true.) So I called and was met by a modest, direct, strong, and clear response and got a firm appointment for just a few days later for two men to come help me move eight four drawer metal filing cabinets and their contents down a very steep flight of stairs ending in a floor-​to-​ceiling picture window, as well as some other difficult facets of this job of preparing the house to sell and moving the excess out to temporary storage during the marketing phase. My husband had gone fishing for a month, and I had to put our home on the market alone and quickly because my husband wanted to sell it fast and move into the home we were building as soon as our home of fourteen years had sold. 365 AUSTIN MOVERS came in and helped me to box everything in my husband’s study, move his four four-​drawer metal file cabinets out and carry the file storage boxes downstairs and then to temporary storage, and reorganize the study for real estate showings… and it looked great! (They have great spatial reasoning.) They did this in record time, and they were so cost-​effective and careful that I invited them back that summer for several more sessions of moving and staging and their work was A Plus and their attitudes and behavior were in every way outstanding as well. I have used them on multiple occasions since that time and, unlike many groups who know how to make a good first impression and then forever after forget to put their best foot forward, Geronimo and his fine helper never fail to understand the job in all its facets and complete it correctly and in full. I have sold a number of exquisite antiques since moving into our new place and each time I call Geronimo to move them out and into their new homes; on each occasion, those receiving the antiques in their homes have commented to me appreciatively about how much they liked 365 Austin Moving Service and the fine job they did. Several of these people tell me that they in turn have also started to use Geronimo and his company themselves because they’ve never met movers like his and never had such a quality job for such a fair and equitable price in which there was complete transparency in advance of the work. These men are the best of the best.

I’ve just moved from Austin, TX, to Columbus, OH, and 365 Austin Moving Service made my move *enjoyable*! They are professional, courteous, efficient, unfailingly early for an appointment, and prepared for anything. I’ve tapped this company at least 7 times for all manner of moving services, from moving furniture and boxes in and out of my 30^th floor condo, to packing my storage unit in a logical and organized way, to hauling away unwanted furniture & household items. Mr. Perez thinks quickly on his feet to solve any of those unforeseen glitches that are inevitable in every move, and he always has at least one backup plan, which makes moving day smooth and easy. 365 Austin Moving has moved everything from my baby-​grand piano (for which Mr. Perez brought on board a specially insured/​certified piano mover to make certain the job was done correctly) to my fragile antique French grandfather clock (for which he prepared a special container) to my Volvo SUV. Mr. Perez is calm, level-​headed, and has a good sense of humor, even when I changed my mind about how/​when/​where I wanted something moved. Because my out-​of-​state move was complex — it involved driving my goods (and towing my car) up to Ohio via a storage unit outside St. Louis, MO, in order to collect my late mother’s items — Mr. Perez was very careful to show me a clearly itemized invoice so that I could see what the specific charges were for each aspect of the move. Taking into account inflation and the increased cost of fuel, the cost of my out-​of-​state move was less than my move (with a nationally known moving company) to Austin from Raleigh, NC, in 2004. And it was way more enjoyable because I knew I could trust 365 Austin Moving to make everything right. Even from afar, I will always call 365 Austin Moving first, for any move. They are perfection.

I have this moving service for 4+ years. From the start, very understanding and patient. I can honestly say that I won’t use any other moving service except for this one. In the 5 times they have come to the rescue, I have always had praise for their hard work and even when the move ran long and late, they were there to help I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR MOVING NEEDS!

Fair priced, smiling guys, very careful with my stuff, they showed up last minute when another company was a no show. I would use them again ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

These guys were efficient, fast, honest and did a great job with our move, stepping in at moments notice when our original moving company stood us up. Really happy with these guys. Would totally recommend them!

Geronimo and his crew fully understand what it means to be in a service business… not too many companies out there I would say that about. A month ago we booked a moving company to move our 1BDRM apartment to our new home. On the day of the move, the moving company bailed on us. So at 5pm on a Sunday we quickly looked on Craigslist to find a last minute mover to fill in a pinch so that we could be out in time for our lease obligation. That’s where we found 365 Austin Moving Service. I called Geronimo and he said he could be at our apartment by 9am the next morning with his 16ft truck at a very reasonable price — $ 75/​hr. I called him at 8:30am the next morning to make sure he was coming, and he said that he was waiting outside ready to go whenever we were. Wow! His crew got to work immediately… moving as fast as lightning yet with taking such gentle care of our precious furniture, fragile boxes, and antiques. While we drove over to the new house, I could see from my rear-​view mirror how careful he was with every single bump in the road to make sure the truck didn’t bounce excessively. In less than 2.5 hours, Geronimo and his crew had loaded the truck, driven to the new place, and unloaded the truck with not a single scratch to any of our furniture. These guys are awesome!
