Progressive Insurance sent my car here. They ruined the interior of my car and then said that it was «already like that.» So if you send your car here make sure you take pictures or something before you drop it off. My interior is stained and draping from the ceiling now and there is nothing I can do about it because they claim it was already like that. Also I found a cigarette butt in my backseat which could only be from them because I do not smoke. They also charged me for «glass cleanup» yet I found glass shards in my backseat and in the crack between my trunk and my back windshield. Terrible service…

I was directed to this shop by Progressive Insurance, as it was their closest repair partner to me. The Unilocal link for this business is a dead site, but
seems to be correct. However, I filled out their online form for an appointment and never heard back. I guess either that site is broken too or they don’t want the business. I could try calling, but I don’t think I’d trust my vehicle to someone with no reputation or working web site. I can take a hint…
