Units Moving & Portable Storage

TERRIBLE! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. They said they could get in my driveway, then on drop off day they said they couldn’t and told us we had to rent a truck and take to their warehouse. Then they did the SAME THING again on delivering it to the new house. I was out hundreds of dollars because of this terrible company. They when things didn’t work BECAUSE OF THEM they LITERALLY said, «Well, you’re going to have to figure that out.» I don’t write reviews but for the sake of no one experiencing this again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. not worth it!

I have used Units Mobile Storage over this year to store my home furniture and much more home contents, with 2 different times to drop and fill. Arthur, head driver is an expert in fitting the 16 ft container in just about any place, with care and gentle hand.
Upon my latest move to relocate out of state and no franchise to where I am moving, Units GM Jason and Office Admin. Phyllis were terrific in coordinating having another competitor’s container dropped at their Units location in Austell.
Though I had other movers help me transfer my contents they didn’t complete the job fully and I let them go after 3 hrs. To my rescue were GM, Jason and Head Driver Arthur, they went over and above to reload the front portion of my container, sweating in the heat, and not giving up. Additionally, as some chairs could not make it in, Arthur said he would build a crate for them and find the best freight options for me to get them to my final destination and I will pay COD.
Additionally, I had extra boxes and the like to trash, and they moved the dumpster to my area and helped me again to load it up. They went way beyond my expectations!
Units mobile storage containers are far superior to its competition, giving true interior dimensions for optimum packing space. The crew in Atlanta, delivered each time and my only regret that there is no option for where I will moving to in the North East.
