Their customer service team is extremely slow, and not very competent. We went to the desk that said returns, in order to return something. The gal there asked us if we needed help, we said yes we need to return this, and we were quickly told, «you have to go to customer service for that»

While the service is great if you shop in store, the phone service leaves quite a bit to be desired. I have called on multiple occasions with questions and have been placed on hold anywhere from 10 — 15 minutes… and still was not able find someone that could assist me. It seems the Home Depot would be interested in serving their customers via telephone as well.

The workers here are so sweet! They greet you when you walk in and the have more than enough personnel on staff. I literally know nothing about DIY or home improvement projects. So I simply asked the nearest person for help; he did not have an answer to my question so he directed me to someone who did. They both proceeded to help me get what I needed to get done and even carried my items to my car for me! Thanks!

Had an appointment for a kitchen remodel with a specialist for the day after Christmas. We made the with specialist named Estella two days prior with another specialist named Serena. Turns out Serena didn’t show and actually called in sick. There is no backup plan or anyone overseeing these appointments. The other employees have no idea what appointments are scheduled or with who. It’s very frustrating.
Jay helped us out by finding out that Serena had called out and tried to reschedule us for a day next week but my family would only be in town for the next two days and we were unable to make that work. He was able to call The Hiram store and made an appointment for us later in the day.
Big thanks to Jay trying to diffuse the situation and trying to find a solution.
If you do make an appointment with any specialist here it would be worth it to call ahead the day of and confirm the appointment.

I would give this store negative points if I could but I can’t do just one star. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. There’s a Hispanic lady name Linda Barrera there that I think doesn’t like to work there. Me and my CO worker were in the phone sell line for more than 30 minutes. When she finally attended us she had a horrible attitude. I really don’t know why people like her (that don’t like to be bothered) work in the customer service area. the Home Depot should at least train more people to do phone sells so we don’t depend on lady’s like her.

This place offers the worst experience to a shopper. There is a person there named jennifer who helped me get a grill a few months ago and she is hands down an asset to the company. Amy way. I came here because they have mulch on sale. Well I walked in for a cart and proceeded to the back. I couldn’t find what I was looking for (bark) and would you believe no one available to help. I went back to the front and came back around and again no one there to help. The only people back here are the cashiers. I’m only posting because, when I cane to by the grill it was the

The store is great. I am a Home Depot fan. The store is clean neat easy to find what you are looking for. I was disappointed in the customer service end. I needed some boards cut. No one was around so I went up front and asked for some help at the wood cutting area. I got a blank stair like I was crazy. So I said I would be back there and wait. 15 minutes go by. An employee walks by helping a gentleman. I asked when you are done with him I need some help. He finished with that guy and walked the other way. Finally 10 minutes go by and 3 people ask if they could help me. I told them what I needed and they just kept moving on. The 4 employee asks and finally helps me out. I hope this was just a 1 time bad experience. I should have been in and out in 20 min but took an hour. And the place was not super busy.

I SWEAR BY this HOME DEPOT! You cannot ask for better service. When I finished my basement. they were able to help every step of the way! I recently had an issue with an online service. When I tell you, I heard from 4 different people to make sure I was okay! It was HILARIOUS! I even have direct extensions to make sure I’m okay moving forward. A+!!!

Went to Home Depot today they were a thousand times more helpful and willing to help then lowes. Will most defiantly be doing my garden shopping here! It was very clean everyone was willing to help with anything I needed and even gave me tips on how to keep my garden healthy.

2 trips to tool rental today. Trip one wasted not really home depots fault long story short could be corporates fault or the contractors. regardless no tool for job. Trip 2 again standing here waiting for tool to go to work. The contractor spends millions A month at
much as i love to shop at Hd, I wouldn’t recommend them to contractors. Number one down time for sub contractors comes from home depot.

LOVE this Home Depot! They have the BEST customer service. I even called the manager to let him know. The employees here are the BEST! I was there last Friday and an employee on the aisle where the mops and home cleaning items are was extremely helpful. I had been trying everything to clean something in my house and nothing was working. He told me what to do and it worked! I wish I remembered his name. I definitely recommend this Home Depot.
