Greetings to all. The customer service I received here at this establishment was phenomenal. The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and acute, I believe her name is Mary. While I was there she was confronted by two negative disrespectful, nasty ladies right in front of me and she kept her composure and addressed them in a very respectful way. I was at a lost for words, because had that been me it would have been a different outcome. I totally commend her (Mary) on her outstanding customer service skills.
I ended up getting a storage unit there and I am very happy with it. They are clean, secure and very up to date.
