Redeemed a gift card and it’s a local go to now. I live and shop in this area but never stopped in for years. It’s fairly busy and the menu has lots of variety. For quality chicken, steak, shrimp, burgers, ribs, etc. for a great price, it draws a crowd to celebrate birthdays, watch a game or just get out the house. Drinks and dessert are great too. I love the tablet for kids to play games that’s only $ 0.99! My only negative is the lack of personality. The management, hostess, servers — just seem ready to move orders and keep tables rotating out. Stop by. Ask how the food is. Take a survey. Join our rewards program. It’s very hands off and they could actually step it up to have a neighborhood bar feel.

What a disappointment this place is. I travel around the country and can usually count on chilis to provide decent food and service — but the one near my home is a mess. The service was slow and grudging, and two of three orders were messed up. I had two young kids with me and wound up seated near the bar where we were treated to tipsy patron with a foul mouth that couldn’t shut up. What a shame — the kids like chilis so much for the kids menu and and the games, but I can’t tolerate this even for their sake.

Don’t waste your time placing an online order. They will swear it didn’t go through eventhough you have the confirmation. The best they will do is have you wait the same amount of time as anyone else who placed a walk in order.

Usually don’t come & sit here to eat but today I brought my nephew with me to grub & chill on my day off. Glad I came. Food is great, drinks are cool & beer is cold. Got the nachos for appetizer & am glad I did. Wonderful flavor lol. Nephew is impressed & will return more when he gets older. Kudos Chili’s™

I have given this place 3 visits and each one was worst than the last. Lowlights speak for themselves:(1) Served lukewarm salmon with cold veggies and the manager offered me a free dessert after I ate it.(yes, I would have had to eat through the bad meal to achieve the free pie).(2) on 9⁄5 We had a group of 2 adults and 4 kids; I had to ask the waitperson 4 – 5 times for the margarita special — she told me several times they didn’t have one — they only had $ 9.99 Margaritas — finally the bartender came over and said«do you mean our $ 3.99 Margarita Special?» Er, yes, that would be the one.(3) Same night, we were served the incorrect appetizers and one incorrect entrée, and were told«well at least it tasted good.»

We move from Kennesaw to Smyrna for work(commute) reasons. This is our second time in, since April 2015, and the second visit just confirms the first visit, as Templeton would put it: T double E double R double R double A double B double L double E!!! Second time in, last time in. Took 30 minutes to get chips and salsa and the beer was served in warm mugs, that were washed after we ordered our beers. Shame on us for giving this Chili’s a second chance, shame on Chili’s corporate for allowing this one to be so bad!!!

Honestly, the service here is sub par. Sat at the bar and it took forever to be greater, served, or cashed out. Not sure if bartender was interested if we were there or not. Now, the food however was a different story. Very well prepared, but what’s the point if the service sucks. The only reason I gave two stars was for the great food.

I ordered the sirloin with advocado, medium. After a long time our food came out, and my steak was not just rare, it was RAW. No server EVER came by to ask how everthing was. My husband had to walk into the kitchen to find someone to help. then the waitress finally comes to my table and in ghetto fashion told me to put my steak in the napkin in her hand and she will take it back and re-cook(EEWWW!). Well I put it on a roll plate instead.

I know that this is a Chili’s and when you go out to eat you will face a certain amount of grossness that comes with the territory. I mean, I do read the heath department reports here and there. I ordered a blueberry and pineapple margarita. It came in a pretty blue margarita glass. The drink didn’t look anything like the picture by the way. Where were the blueberries? But I digress. I thought the drink was pretty good until I saw the lipstick on the glass. It was disgusting. I told the bartender and he stares at the glass and takes it away and makes another drink and gives it back to me in another glass. No apology. With the scrutiny he gave it, I wondered if he thought I was lying because it was obviously there in all it’s gross glory. My boyfriend and I were finishing our drinks and we overheard a server tell the bartender that a lady sent a glass of wine back because there was lipstick on the glass. The bartender made a comment that those glasses needed to be wiped down again with a napkin to wipe off stuff like that. It doesn’t sound very sanitary. I don’t think I’ll be back to this Chili’s again.

My husband and I returned to this Chili’s because it’s the closest bar and restaurant close to our house. We always sit at the bar because we enjoy it and the bartender is friendly. We always order the same thing because the food is consistent and good. My steak was cooked perfectly(medium rare) and my husbands chicken was moist and also cooked perfectly. I’m changing my first review from 2 stars to 4 stars because we were both pleasantly surprised how good our dinner was last night! We will definitely return and enjoy our usual dinner. :)

Just a tip… Slow slow service… The bartender cannot be the only one serving all of the tables in the bar. The food, all I can say is SALTY!

Just wanted to highlight the Great upgraded menu and décor! Also, Cool new tablet paying system at ur table which makes checking out post meal a breeze. Food is always good and there’s something for everyone in the family, young and old. My faves are any of their burgers. As a matter of fact, they have so many to choose from that I’ve been picking a new one each time I go. My fave so far is the Jalepeno Smokehouse Bacon Burger-and those jalepenos are no joke! Also on my list of faves is the Brownie Sundae, which is so rich and chocolatey I have to share it with someone… but just one someone because i can definitely eat half, lol!!! Overall, chili’s is a good go-to restaurant when you want a tasty meal with family or after a night out with friends. The staff is always friendly and overly attentive and the service is usually quick.

Wait in line for this place or any other chilis? Of course not. Come for dinner? Prob not either, plenty of other places around. But for a quick lunch it’s pretty reasonable. The express lunch comes with bottomless chips and salsa, soup and salad. If you get a good server who keeps the refills coming you can be out of there in thirty mins feeling full and spending less than $ 10 for lunch at a sit down place. Good deal I think…

The waitress saved this place from getting 0 stars from me. First off, what’s the point of having a hostess stand at the front if we are told to seat ourselves. Secondly, the tables were dusty and the floors were sticky. The food was extremely salty and could not taste the real flavor. I would not recommend this place.

Had dinner here last night. It wasn’t bad, but not great. It’s your standard American restaurant chain quality. We sat by the bar and our bartender took good care of us. The southwestern egg rolls are a good appetizer and most entrees are pretty standard.

This place is a hit and miss depending on who’s cooking, bar-tending, waitressing, and even hosting sometimes will depict your experience here. I’ve been here multiple times and I can say it’s not always a treat. Their food is okay depending on what you select. I always go for the burgers or the margarita grilled chicken, but the service is HORRIBLE. They seem to hire anyone with very little experience. Check In at your own risk.

Stopped in with a couple of friends for drinks and food in the bar. Jennifer took great care of us. Chili’s food is always solid, and this was no exception. I love the margaritas– pomegranate patron or just el president. I also love the flatbread pizzas. Yum!

Again, I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants, however my friends are (Note To SELF: gotta get new friend~lil Jokie Joke Jenn) so I always find myself in these places. Arrived here late on a Friday night and the place had a nice crowd. I ordered the Fajitas that were already done sizzling before they made it to our table, :-(and the chicken had a BBQ taste(Still trying to figure that one out). I had a couple of frozen margaritas(mango flavored) and they were fine, I didn’t even mind them being served out of a beer mug. The More, The Merry lol. My friend glass stayed empty and she was only drinking tea, our waitress seem to have over committed herself so we had to flag her down a few times. Service was slow, the food wasn’t the worst… but could have been a lot better. I guess It was just CHILI’S.

The Unilocal reviews obviously don’t hurt this place. Chili’s seems like a popular destination for a lot of people here. I had the half a rack Baby Back Ribs with Shiner Bock Bbq Sauce. The Shiner Bock is their most popular sauce. I thought the sauce tasted all right. It had a sweetness to it. The meat on the ribs did fall off the bone so they cooked it right. However, the ribs looked puny. They didn’t really have much meat to fall off the bone. I felt like I just got 5 bones and sweet potato fries. Their sweet potato fries were meh. I didn’t particularly like them. They were bland. I needed a lot of ketchup to get some flavor out of them. I also tried their hamburger. Their patty was dried out, bland, and overcooked. I felt like I was eating a hockey puck. I might dare say that was the worst burger I ate anywhere. And I have eaten at a lot of bad burger places. Our server seemed nice, but I had a hard time understanding her. It was pretty loud at Chili’s, she spoke softly, and she spoke in a heavy black-Southern accent. But kudos to her for understanding my soft-spoken Korean accent. The service seemed slow though.
