Got home from this location and got items on our sandwiches that we didn’t ask for and the things we wanted on our sandwiches weren’t there… disappointing.

First time eating here. The whole bag thing is a little stupid and it clogs up the flow of customers. Get passed that and the sub itself is the true star. I had a turkey bacon with hot peppers and tomatoes it was delicious. After eating a subway sub and you eat this sub you might not go back to subway ever again lol. The meat tastes super fresh and I could swear it’s real bacon and not fully cooked instabacon. I’m gonna be a repeat offender!

Solidly mediocre depending on who is working that day. One day the manager is on the line and helping out and I had a great experience. The next there is 1 person whose name tag claims manager but was giving out a lot of customer service attitude. Food is always good here but the service and parking can vary depending on when you visit.

I guess I dont get the concept. I ordered a Cuban and was asked what sauce l wanted. I wanted a Cuban and should not have to tell you how to make it. The food was ok but I like less work in ordering.

I visited twice and found that they put way too little meat on the sandwich. I also do Not like picking everything that goes on it. I would rather have some set choices created by a chef. I would not go again or recommend to others.

How can you have a bad sandwich. If bad, you can choose better toppings the next time. Like the kids menu, and large cup of milk. Great specials. Come on by

The worst lettuce wrap I have ever had, and I only go to this place for the lettuce wraps. Not sure what’s going on. The wrap was loosely rolled, the condiments were not spread out just lumped in separate areas, my sandwich sat on the counter for 10 minutes good thing it was a cold sandwich! Seemed more like a hipster hang out than a fast food place. I went 2 separate times to give them s second chance but only got worse and colleague also had a similar experience

Love it! First time here with my son & we loved it! Busy but fast! Very clean even with the volume of people. Love the concept where you specify on your bag exactly what you want and they make it to order!. We had meatball parm… very tender, warm, bread was fresh. My son had Turkey club with vannilla shake.

Love this place! You write your order on a brown paper bag and they make your sandwich to order. If you write a silly name down they will yell it out. My 10 year old wrote her name as, «girls rule– boys drool!» And without missing a beat they yelled that out when her sandwich was done just to make her day. It’s the little things :)

Awesome selection of subs and ability to create whatever combination of toppings your heart desires. Sometimes too much creativity can be a problem though. Lol Food made quickly and always arrives as ordered. Good shakes, but not spectacular. Staff is friendly. Appreciate the free sub giveaway if you climb a 14er with their card.

Since I swore I’d never eat at Subway again, this place has become my «go to» when I need a sub fix. Been here about 20 times so far and never had a bad experience. I’ve tried quite a few of the sandwhich combinations and have yet to find one I don’t like. The cookies are served warm which is nice but the overall flavor of the cookie leaves a little to be desired.

This is a fairly new establishment in the area. They have another one not too far from this location. The other establishment is small and compact, and this is no different. Why is this a problem you ask? Well having a ton of people on a Sunday with no where to sit or stand is not exactly the best of conditions. But I planned on taking my order to go. Here is my review: Subs are ok, IMO it’s just a really expensive subway sandwich, but with more options. I might get criticized for saying that, but it’s my opinion. I orders the buffalo shrimp sub with a few extras an honestly it’s nothing to write home about(I know, an overused phrase on Unilocal I hear :)) Service: cashier was friendly but the people behind the counter preparing the food seemed a bit unorganized. I overheard a woman complaining that her order was placed behind people that came well after her. I did see the manager reach out to her to rectify the situation and everything seemed ok after that. It was about. 7 – 10 min wait to get my order, which was no big deal as I wasn’t in a hurry or anything. For chips and a drink my order came to $ 9 and some change, a little pricey IMO. Btw if this is your first time, when you walk in there are bags on the left. Decide which type of sub you want and fill in the options and hand it to the cashier. Pretty simple. All in all, average food and average service. Will I be back? Eh just to try one more sub combo, but not for a while.
