drive thru took about 13 minutes. To their credit I got the order for free. Location is consistently slow.

I have been sitting in this drive thru for 12 minutes and it still isn’t my turn. There are 3 cars in front of me. Seems not good. UPDATE: In the 18 total minutes I was in the drive thru, I had a lot of time to think. I pondered life, my career choice(which is not in fast food, thank goodness), considered taking up a new hobby, and thought pretty seriously about ordering a pizza to the drive thru line. When I reached the first window, the guy waiting to take my money apologized very sincerely for the wait time. He then took my money calmly and gave me my change. After my change was securely in my hand he sprinted toward the kitchen, giving me the impression that he is filling multiple roles this evening. I appreciate that he seemed to genuinely care that waiting 18 minutes for my food was ridiculous, plus I felt kind of bad for him. So I gave him two more stars for being nice.

Bad customer service, the staff enjoys their time hanging out more than working and making people’s food. There were rowdy people in the lobby and made me and my party uncomfortable after one of them said«f– these people», and the staff didn’t do anything. Then the front desk person would only take orders as soon as the previous order was finished. He would take one order and then disappear for 5 minutes leaving people in the line like what just happened? I wonder if this location even has managers.

Okay, while this place does often end up getting the order correct(somehow), they have a VERY annoying habit of putting non-English speaking people at the drive thru window. Don’t get me wrong, I think immigrants are great, I’m glad most of them try to acclimate, but the drive through speaker ISNOT somewhere to put them when they are learning. After I tried giving the order five times and then had to pull up to the window, I later called the manager, Ted, and he REFUSED to put someone else at the speaker… Fine…reconsider pulling up there unless you have a spanish-speaking friend in the car with you. ___ Okay, UPDA%TE now to be fair I gave them another try last night, and the lady who speaks English was fast, smart and friendly and they got it right, so I’m altering my star rating to 3. If they keep it up, I’ll move it up again.
