I came in for a full set. I showed my technician a picture of round, ombré french nails. As soon as she saw the picture, she started springing gel nails on me. I said I just wanted regular polish and she continued. Once my tips were on and she started filing, i told jer the length I wanted and the shape (ROUND!!!).She was repeatedly squaring them and I kept repeating, I wanted round, but she didnt care. The acrylic powder was gathered near my cuticles at the end and I had to scrape that off at home. Then, I paid with $ 40 cash for what my technician said was $ 32 but other customers paid all different prices. Then, my technician proceeded to give me the wrong change and started arguing that she gave me the right change.
When I came home, I had different lengths and shapes on all of my nails so I had to reshape them.
Do not recommend this salon at all, only came here since Salon R had a wait. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS THE WAY YOU WANT THEM.

I live very close to this nail salon but i would go here even if i didn’t. The prices are affordable, the nail techs are sooo nice, and a very clean environment. The decorations are so pretty since the change from QC Nails. I will continue to go here and you should give them a try

It was eh… I was the only customer there. No wait. The 3 women there working were very chatty with one another and didn’t really pay much attention to me. Terrible leg massage. I honestly didn’t realize what she was doing was the massage at first… but then she was done and it was over. Polish is fine. Polish is polish. Lol She seemed irritated with me when I requested she file my toenail a little more because it was odd shaped. She filed down the side and made it even more odd shaped … but eventually kinda fixed it. Probably won’t be back.

Service Sucks!!! I have waited over an hour with my feet in a tub of water which is now COLD for a pedicure & no one has said a word! They also have 3 TV’S but they aren’t even on! I will NOT be coming back here!

I too was a long time client of QC Nails and am truly disappointed in the new ownership of this location, Trendy Nails. The prices are high and the service isn’t very good. I have also had problems with the product that they use for their shellac nails, they are always cracking and my nails seem to break really easy. After 5 years I think I am going to have to look for another nail salon I can’t keep throwing my money away at this one.

I used to go to QC nails before it became this place, so I thought I’d check it out, the inside is better and prettier but service sucked! I needed a rebase and I waited 20+ minutes and they took off my old nails that were perfectly good for another couple rebases and the new nails look horrible. I’m in a wedding this weekend and probably have to get them done again because they look that bad! I was there for almost for almost 2 ½ hours and it was a waste of time! I would not recommend them.
