Established in 2005.

Originally opened in 2000 in St. Charles Il. TFL reopened in 2005 in Aurora Il. then opened a second office in Naperville in 2007.

TFL founder Steve Fiorito has over 25 years in the substance abuse field and has created and developed various programs in Illinois.

Business Owner

Steve Fiorito has worked with diverse populations in the substance abuse field for over 20 years. Steve helped develop many programs in Illinois including the Sheridan Correctional Program, which treats 1000 substance abusing offenders. Steve was selected to the executive committee for DASA in the development of a Male Best Practices manual for the state of Illinois. Steve does trainings and workshops on a variety of subjects related to addictions.
