Very Best place to get Lashes!!! I have been getting lashes by Heather for over a year best job and quality. I have put them to the test and love them… Every single person who I run into loves them. Cannot say enough. I have had my hair cut and blown out and also done pedicure and massage at the salon all great experiences! It truly is the one stop shop to get it all done and done right! I travel a hour to get my lashes and have not found anyone as good as these girls! Truly Fantastic!

I have been going to this salon since it opened. The quality of the eyelashes is exceptional & the application is impeccable. I get complimented, almost daily, about my eyelashes. Heather, the owner is so professional & friendly. She always makes sure that I am comfortable. I’ve tried other places in the past & no one has come close to Heather… Love the product, love the stalk & love you the salon

I want to start off by saying that I got eyelash extensions for the first time in May for my wedding at a place in Chicago that was highly recommended to me. I loved loved loved them so I was hooked. They lasted and looked awesome for about 5 – 6 weeks with out a fill. I didn’t want to have to go to the city for fills so I looked around on Groupon for a place closer to home since I had no recommendations. I ended up choosing Time Off. I bought a Groupon for a full set plus 2 fills. When I got there they told me that I could upgrade for two extra payments of $ 50. I asked what the upgrade would be. The receptionist told me that there would be more lashes glued to each lash for a fuller look than what the Groupon would allow. The salon in Chicago offered a full set or a half set and when I asked them the difference that is what they told me… more lashes with a full set which is what I got. So I agreed to pay the extra money. I told the technician that I wanted to look natural with mascara on but did not want them very thick and heavy like Kim Kardashian. I was leaving for California the following week for 10 days and wanted them to look really good with or without make up. My appointment in Chicago lasted over 2 ½ hours. My appointment at Time off was 1 hour and 15 min. I couldn’t believe it when she said she was done. The room is very dimly lit so when she showed me it was very hard to see so I left. I looked in my mirror in my car and they were alot sparser and lighter than my first set but I was in a hurry to get to my sons football game and there I would ask my friends. I asked some friends and they all said that they definately didn’t look like my first set. They said that they looked like natural lashes without mascara. I worked crazy hours until I left for vacation so never had a chance to call. Now, I am due for a fill but I don’t want to go back and pay ANOTHER $ 50.Let me add that it has only been 3 weeks and I already need a fill where my first set lasted twice as long without a fill and I was in the ocean and pool everyday for 10 days!!! I don’t understand why the groupon claimed it was for a full set and it really was for a half set. Even though I paid for a full set plus the extra up sell payment I still did not get a full set. My set from Chicago totally looked like I had mascara on and I could go without make up. This set just looked like my own lashes and I still had to put make up on. I feel like they are running a scam or a bait and switch just like the other Unilocalers have said. I am so glad that I got a groupon to try them out and didn’t pay full price. Looks like I will be driving downtown after all. One thing I forgot to mention is the bathroom. It’s a single bathroom and the door doesn’t shut all the way so you can’t lock it and somebody walked in on me – the salon is also very hard to find.

Found this place through groupon. If you want very full lashes they will recommend that you upgrade for an additional $ 55. I choose not to upgrade based on previous reviews stating its not worth it.
My experience was not good. The girl that did my lashes was breathing on my face so heavy the entire time she was doing my lashes. I will not mention her name because I don’t want to embarrass her. I’m not sure if she was nervous or if she was not feeling good but it was annoying me. She also put a lot of tape around my eyes and was very uncomfortable. I’ve only had lashes two other times a few years ago and I don’t remember having all that tape on my face. My lashes looked good the first day or 2 but now a week later they are all over the place and feel uncomfortable. For the first four days my eyes were burning when I would shower. I was very gentle with washing my face. I’m due for my first fill soon and I’m thinking about skipping it and just taking them off instead. $ 70 for lashes less then 2 weeks. For me it’s not worth it, especially since I don’t live so close to this place.

SOOO unprofessional and straight up unpleasant experience with Melissa. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I walked in today thinking about scheduling a full eyelash set for the holidays and lets just say that I will never, ever go back. I purchased a $ 50 upgrade which should have covered 3 fill in’s and surprise surprise I get there today for my third fill to hear that 2 out of 3 fills are covered and I would have to pay another 50 $ today. I left feeling scammed and with a wonky lash on the bottom lashes lol. ((Do not come here))

One of the only places I will go. Period — love the positive vibe. Love the customer service! I do eyelashes, hair and massages here. I have to have my appearance perfecto for the many things I do with speaking & competing! I would not trust these details to anyone other than Heather Taylor & her staff!

So glad I was referred to this salon from a friend. So happy with all of my services here. Hands down, the best lash extensions I’ve had. Also loved having a no-​chip mani while getting my lashes filled! Love coming here! Alena and Heather are awesome and so much fun.

i first found this salon via Groupon, and got SO lucky to be placed with Alisha. I am a die hard brunette, but wanted to go blonde. I showed Alisha a picture of how i wanted my hair to look… she looked at the picture and got it within seconds. I love my new blonde and have gotten so many compliments! Cant wait to go back!

I had the bright idea of buying a groupon for $ 70 lash extentions for my wedding. Jenny talked me into upgrading my lashes to mink/​silk as I paid an additional $ 55. As a first time last extention client I went for it. BIG mistake! Not only did my lashes crumble off by morning… they were so stiff and in all different directions and they all fell out by day 3! The lashes were supposed to be guaranteed for at least 2 – 3 weeks!
After speaking to Jenny and telling her my disappointment… she apologized and yet stated absolutely no refunds on any services! That’s crap! What a waste of my money! Never ever again! This was a horrible experience with this salon and not to mention I had to buy Walgreens glue on lashes for my wedding day as a quick fix! I do NOT recommend this salon for any services, way too scary!

I had my hair done by Kate a few days ago and my hair looks awesome! I’m new to the area and bought a groupon to try this place out and was hoping to find a new salon and this salon is great! The salon is located in the brick office looking building not connected to the strip mall and it’s super cute inside. Probably would be good to have a bigger sign though because at first I couldn’t find it. Kate was really nice and took her time with my hair. She did exactly what I asked and I will definitely continue to go to her. They also do eyelash extensions, mani and pedis, waxing and massages. The prices are reasonable and it seems like they usually run a lot of deals. I booked my touch up after my appointment and they gave me 20% off! Thinking about going in for a mani pedi soon too because they have a special on those as well!

I made the mistake of buying a groupon to try out this business and had a terrible experience. As a stay at home mother of 2, I have very little time to myself. After having to reschedule once, I finally found someone to watch my kids and ran to my appointment excited for a little pampering. I was running about 10 minutes late so I called and was told it would be okay so I continued in for my appointment only to be told I’d have to reschedule.
I will not be rescheduling. I will not be going to this salon ever again. A disaster. If a business can’t handle taking on a groupon promotion, best to skip it than to waste everyone’s time.
