This store is FANTASTIC. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, all of my packages have been packed to an EXCEPTIONAL standard, and they even do printing, too! I couldn’t believe it! John (I believe is the manager?) has been extremely helpful on a number of occasions, and even helped me ship to a friend overseas. This place makes the post office seem like a joke! Five stars, can’t recommend them enough.

I don’t like giving one star reviews but this UPS store gives me a hard time every time I step into it. I think they get a kick out of turning away customers. They’ve even given me a hard time providing receipts when dropping off packages.
This store happens to be close to my house and I’ve been there three times and each time they refused to help me. Luckily there is a UPS store near my work which has never given me an issue.
