I used to love this Starbucks, I mean I guess I still do, but the thing that made this location great – for me – was the service. The drinks are still made pretty well, consistently, and my orders are very simple(coming with no instructions) so they can’t really mess them up, but I’ve noticed over the last six months or so that the people are not as friendly as they used to be. Obviously if you go somewhere enough you begin to recognize people even if they have a fairly high turnover, but a year ago even if I didn’t recognize a person I could bet that they would be friendly and be proven right every time, but not so anymore. I stopped coming here for a while, mainly because I was going to a place in the mall where the people were equally friendly but where I also enjoyed the drinks more, so it was a little disappointing to return and see that the staff here was not as friendly as they used to be. The majority of the time I come I use the drive through, but if I’m not in a rush then I prefer to go inside; the staff used to greet people and be friendly, and often mentioned different drinks and specials they were doing. Now when I walk in the staff is talking to each other, they don’t greet anyone, and they don’t mention anything to anyone – at least they treat everyone the same though, so you gotta give them that. They, however, aren’t rude or dismissive, so at least you’re not going to walk out angry or annoyed, but it actually made a difference to me before that the staff seemed to care that you were there and treated you as though they appreciated your business, which is not the feeling or the treatment I get anymore. It’s not that I won’t go anymore, but now it’s just become a task as opposed to a pleasure.

This can be a great place to go and get work done depending on both the time of day and time of year. If it’s during the school year, then be prepared for a lot of frappucino-toting teens in the afternoon when school gets out, so don’t expect lots of quiet at this time of day. Other times it can be really low key here, depending on what baristas are working; some tend to spend a lot of time loudly chatting and gossiping or sharing TMI with each other in their down-time while others just talk in quiet voices and cause no bother at all. Overall, being a smaller location it doesn’t get overly busy. There are also plenty of outlets to charge devices and plug in laptops.

Good morning and Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. My experience with Michelle B.(was a bad experience. I’ve Never have had an experience at Starbucks like this ever). Starbucks employees couldn’t get our order right. And weren’t very knowledgable on any of their promotions. Michelle at Starbucks really made my day with her ignorant comment. We explained our reward and our order several times at this point she made us pull to the window and run our promotion by her again and order she told us «you will have to pull around and wait for our order other customers are in line». What were we ??? I said no worries just cancel our order and she responded««««see yaaaa have a nice day»»». MICHELLE B. YOUR A TERRIBLEEXAMPLEOFWHATSTARBUCKSREPRESENTS!

Always friendly service here. The staff always greet you with a smile and a nice hello. They know my 3 boys by name and always ask how they are if I’m in there alone. They notice when I’m not in for a while also and always ask my wife how things are, how the boys are doing, etc. very friendly place.

Ok so I’m not a big Starbucks fan. I hate that they don’t refill your coffee and there high prices… All that aside though I must say this is one of the best Starbucks locations I have been to. The staff here make this location! It is nice to come in for a cup of coffee and the people behind the counter are friendly and happy. I can’t say enough good things about the people working at this location. It is also very clean here and the décor is very trendy. Love the recycled wood tables.

The manager is a riot, the merchandise is awesome – especially on those occasions there’s a bazaar table – and the staff is perfect. Drive thru OR seat-in. Love Love Love. My home, two steps away from my real home!

This Starbucks is the worst one I have been to. Once I went in the evening and they told me they didn’t have anything I wanted so I was given a gift certificate to come back the next day. Seriously? The drive thru is the longest line, but at least the staff is always friendly.

This Starbucks is a nice place to stop for a mocha cappuccino. Fast friendly staff, good snacks, and open early for that quick visit. The drive through is a good idea, though I have not used it. Keep up the good job SB!

My new place to study that’s not home, but close enough to. The service is still solid, coffee fresh and the couches are comfy. And thanks for adding my soy instead of giving me the carton to pour! I especially like that this Starbucks doesn’t have a wi-fi cut off time(Whole Foods, I’m looking at you with disapproval) which is especially helpful during finals week.
