It’s the third time I go into this store and the first time was ok then I go in and ask a question and it was like I walked in to bug them. Third time after every time I’ve gone here it seems as they don’t know what they are doing. They never have a right answer today after their attempt to resolve my issue they swapped out for a phone that I had, yet the could not activate it they tried and tried these girls had no idea of what to do I had to drive out to a corporate store in bad weather conditions so I can get there and they take 1 minute to fix my phone. I’m sorry but they DONTHAVEANIDEAOFWHATCUSTOMERSERVICEISANDSEEMSTHEYHAVENOIDEAONHOWTOGETPHONESWORKING. I used to work for sprint and employees like this would not last long will never go in to this store again and will not recommend it. Guys if you have any questions or anything just go to a corporate and they will do you right ! I don’t remember the girls name but the times I’ve gone there have been there.

I wanted to give Marlin a shout out for his patience and time yesterday. He is a prime example of what customer service means, which is very difficult to find these days. Thanks for handling my issue in it’s totality.
