Shannon was great. Apparently I called and made an appointment with his partner and he wasn’t there but Shannon didn’t let that deter him from providing great customer service. He even noticed that the phone was previously repaired (crappy job) and asked about who did it. After telling him about it and how I wouldn’t go back to the other guy he even offered to match his price. I will now be taking all my iDevice repairs to Shannon.

We had a very positive experience! I called to get a quote and they have the best pricing that I could find to fix my son’s shattered Iphone 5c phone. We were able to get in right away and he fixed the phone in maybe 10 minutes. We actually left and noticed that the screen had some LCD discoloration on the bottom, which was only noticeable after the screen saver was on a lighter background screen. I texted him a photo, he texted back immediately to have us come back, where the phone was fixed by giving us another screen. Great service, professional and reliable. You can tell that they care about the work that they do. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with iSpark! My boyfriend shattered is screen and LCD. We called iSpark at 2:30 on a Friday and they had it fixed by 4:30. They quoted a total cost, we opted for an upgrade when we arrived, the price was consistent and much more affordable than the Apple Store! He noticed another issue with the camera and tried to fix that as well. The service was awesome and we will definitely be back if we need other phone repair!
Their business is in a residential area and home. Don’t be alarmed. They were very professional! Calling ahead is probably appreciated on their part!

This man is delusional. Once again I have absolutely no interest on the iphone repair market. They never met me because after the horrible service I got over the phone and finding out that their so called business is run out of a house/​garage, I didn’t even dare to venture to the door and gladly so. This guy wouldn’t have to be this defensive if he didn’t really act so crazy. My Unilocal account has been active for years, I have just never felt the need to leave one until I was threatened by a business owner. Again there is no need for me to go back and forth with this man. It feels like a high school dispute just as it did on the phone. This business is a JOKE! Never will I be disrespected in such a manner by a business and not let others know about it. Go drive to this house and sit in this violent thugs garage and tell me about your experience. I guarantee a man unstable enough to literally tell my mother «Bitch you can get it too» will not be able to mask his true self for long.

My friend got his iPad repaired thru spark iRepair and recommend I go get my iPhone fixed after I shattered my glass. It’s so good to know I can bring my device to a professional and without having to worry if it’s going to be legit or not. One of the best customer service in any market! Shannon fixed my iPhone 5s broken glass within minutes. He also made sure I was up and going before I left. Spark irepair is definitely legit and the best!!! :)

What a wonderful experience with Aaron from Spark today! Not only did he provide door to door service — it was same day and back to me in under two hours! I can’t recommend Spark enough. My iPad 2 is like new again! Check them out next time you need friendly and professional service!

He’s still harassing me making other profiles and messaging me about this review I wrote. Now I see he’s overcharging people to come to his house and get there phone repaired people please don’t deal with this guy go to a store with normal business hours and get your phone fixed for 100 or less this guy could ruin your phone and not be home when you need him to be he was such a jerk to me and is still telling me he’s going to get me back. Unilocal should erase him!!!

There was a couple that I was visiting in the hospital and I noticed that the wife’s Ipad screen was cracked. She had dropped it at the hospital, and added to what she was going through at the time. I called this company just based on the reviews and was not disappointed. We set up an appointment for the next day. According to the wife at the hospital, she ended up being at a different part of the hospital. He was patient in finding her, took the Ipad to fix it, and brought it back to her fixed. I was a little nervous that everything would go well because I had recommended this company to her but they definitely came through!

I was traveling thru Denver in a semi truck when my iPhone suddenly quit charging. I called Spark and their tech Aaron returned my call within 5 minutes. He drove over to the truckstop where I was parked and after a quick battery change and power port replacement, my phone was good as new! I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of service and the speed of repairs. In my opinion, it’s the only place to call!

Great place to go to! Shatter buggy would have cost me $ 140 to replace my iPhone 5s screen. It was only $ 100 with this company. Must go to their home office, but they are super nice and super helpful.

I’ve had some bad luck with breaking phones so I got insurance through Verizon when I shattered my iPhone they still wanted me to pay even though I pay monthly so I looked around and found Spark Repair who fixed my phone the same day I contacted him, I was in and out! Quick, easy, process. Super nice! Affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Take home: Prompt, friendly service that can get you out of the nasty inconvenience of having a less-​than-​fully-​functional phone.
Of course the one time I don’t have my phone in its case, I threw it directly onto the asphalt and completely shattered the screen. I don’t currently have wifi during the day, but need to have access to the internet with my electronic brain (i.e., my iPhone) to look things up. So, it would have been a huge hassle to have a completely shattered screen.
I was able to have my phone fixed within the hour of contacting Spark iRepair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the price of the competitors (Apple charges $ 149 for iPhone 4 screen repairs) and the swiftness of the repair. The folks at Spark iRepair also patiently walked me through the alternative coverings that I could have installed for additional protection.
Hopefully I will not shatter my screen again (I opted to forego the fancy covering for now), but I will be right back to Spark iRepair if I happen to throw it at the ground once again…

Fair warning so that potential customers are aware: Spark iRepair is an out-​of-​home business. It was very safe and clean (and in a nice neighborhood) but not at all what I initially expected… ;)

I dropped my iPhone on my garage floor and cracked the screen so did a web search for an iPhone repair company where they could fix my phone while I waited. Spark Repair popped up on a website called Thumbtack. I asked for a quote and heard back from this company immediately. I made an appointment and took my phone to them. The repair shop is in a home but don’t let this worry you, this is a professional shop and very well run.
Aaron performed the repair quickly and efficiently. In addition I was also able to get a new screen protector installed. I really appreciated that because I am never able to get that right on my own.
The phone is working great, like its brand new, and the cost was very reasonable. So, good service, convenience and value. Who could ask for more?

I took my iPad with a cracked screen to Spark for repair. It was fixed the same day and for the most reasonable price I found. He recommended a screen protector for $ 20.00 and installed it so well I can’t even tell it’s there.
I would highly recommend this service for any Apple device repairs. Should I need repairs again, I will definitely be back.
